I arrived half an hour early, I phoned the number sent to me with the check in details and spoke to Andy . I asked if I could check in earlier he remotely changed the key pad on the front door and my room so I could get in. (Thanks Andy) The room was comfortable and clean. The tea and coffee area downstairs was well stocked , clean and had a good selection. The room felt cold so I phoned Andy again and he remotely changed the settings and increased the temperature. Good location at the top of the high street it's easy to access the shops, public transport and the beach front. The hotel was quiet didn't hear any other people and I think it was fully booked the night I was there.

As mentioned there is an area to get a drink but it would be better to have a kettle in the room. I didn't really like carrying hot cups of tea through the building and up the stairs. The shower in the room was too Hot and it could not be turned down. Saying the above, I would stay here again for one night whilst working in the area.

I can’t thank Andy at Sleep Hotel enough This was an emergency accommodation needed: having returned from holiday on a delayed flight, finally arriving at home at 1.45am to find our key safe wouldn’t open, leaving us stranded outside in the middle of the night with all our luggage. We urgently needed somewhere warm, dry and safe to stay until morning. We called Sleep hotel on suggestion of the cab driver who was driving us about trying to find somewhere. We had already tried two other well known chain hotels on Worthing seafront who, despite having rooms available, refused to let us stay because we hadn’t booked online before 12pm that day. Quite ridiculous as I could not have known this was going to happen and planned ahead! Despite the lateness, well past 2am by now, a very helpful gentleman (Andy) from Sleep Hotel answered our call and saved the day. Accessed the hotel by a code and in the hotel room within minutes. Superb, kind, patient and empathetic service, really outstanding. The room was very clean and modern, and had everything you might need. A very comfortable bed and a much needed few hours sleep was had. I would give ten stars for the service and kindness shown in a very stressful situation. Thank you so much.

The hotel was quiet and clean with a simple and tasteful decoration.Easy to check in and out ,code received promptly.The beds were very comfortable and the bedsheets,towels were immaculate.Internet,TV were good.The Coffee machine in the Guests Coffee Room gave tasty coffees and hot chocolates . Some tasty Squash were also available. Public Carpark was close by and the beach ,coffee shops,restaurant, high street are about 6-10 minutes walking distance away..

Only one thing I need to mention .There was a electrical buzzing noise from the door lock sometimes at night. I managed to stop the noise by putting a suitcase against the door.

The hosts were very welcoming / friendly. Absolutely fantastic free coffee (and tea) available in the guest area. Our room was nicely decorated and modern. Door code system (rather they have a key card or physical key) was also welcomed. Location was ideal for easy access to the shops. Great air conditioning system and streaming services on TV. Ample parking nearby.

The modern bathroom may not be to everyone's liking. Our quadrant shower had a curtain rather than glass sides, which makes sense given the room available - but on the whole was not a problem for us.

Cool modern look but the bathroom might need a re think as the shower screen allowed water to run across the entire bathroom floor . The property does back onto a nursery and a busy road so it’s busy and not the quietest but not a major problem . Parking is also away from the property and the recommended and surrounding car parks are open which is somthing to consider when booking . Good location as close to town

Room was very pleasant, slightly small, really good location, easy street parking, nice decor, decent free coffee from machine. Staff was super- helpful when I called quite late at night because I hadnt received an email to access the room code. They sorted it out for me.

With the very high ceilings it was cold and the room took a while to heat up - and we couldn't really get the bathroom to warm up. The link in the message I received via Booking.com didn't work (wasn't live) so I had to call to get the code.

I didn't like the fact that other guests were charging their Lithium Ion bicycle batteries unsupervised, at night and in the fire evacuation route (see photo). Lithium ion batteries are really dangerous, can explode and noticeably extremely difficult to extinguish. Most importantly the evacuation route could become blocked in an emergency situation, preventing other guests from being able to evacuate. To reduce this risk, guests should be reminded to charge batteries outside and not in evacuation routes .

No queue to check in or out, come and go as we please. Large room, large bathroom, very clean. The hospitality room was an absolute gift, I get up very early and my husband and child could remain asleep while I went and had a coffee! Fab coffee machine.

The code for the bedroom worked inconsistently. Someone ate all the biscuits, a whole tray full… I guess they had the muchies 😂 but there was a whole tray when we checked in and nothing when I got up at 5am!

The whole concept of a no staff hotel is quite interesting. Let yourself in with a code and locate your room , open door with same code.

You get what you pay for so don’t be expecting any extra pillows, the room was furnished to the minimum level which did not include bedside tables! Which seems petty but having no where to put your phone or water is annoying. But not as annoying as not having any heating in the bathroom 🥶🥶 when we stayed it was 6c outside god help anyone in mid winter 🥶 ******UPDATE****** the owner contacted me, took on board my comments and has resolved the issues, 10/10 for client service.

An alternative style hotel, none of your normal reception and box type rooms, this is a small, stafless boutique hotel with 9 rooms, well appointed with ensuite and plenty of room for 2. There's a small coffee room with free tea/coffee. Wothing centre is ony 5 mins away and the pier less than 10, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and an NCP pre-book car park for less than £10 a day. All ideal for a 3 night stay over the August Bank holiday
