The hotel was gorgeous! The pool was sparkling clean and the grounds beautiful! Our room was so clean and well maintained. All staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour complimentary drinks!

The breakfast was good but the line was too long to get an omelette or pancakes from the grill The chefs at the grill did not wear gloves and were not washing hands after touching their clothes and hair and cooking/touching the food.

Location was good for our needs this trip. Breakfast was okay: omelette and potatoes were good, but French toast and bacon were less to be desired.

I paid for a “mountain view” that I thought was overlooking west/golf course; we got a room overlooking the parking lot and mountains in the far distance…

Ac keep us nice and cool. Towels were big and nice in the room & at the pool. I love that you can go right next door and buy a bucket of range ball and practice putting chipping or hitting balls, and the view of the golf course is beautiful.

This may seem kind of negative, but I still would not hesitate to stay here again, and this is my favorite hotel to stay at in the phoenix area. Both beds were uncomfortable. I felt like something was poking me right in the middle of my back. Which was not the case last time at all. The beds last time were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in this room must have just been a fluke. My son dropped something, and it rolled under the dresser, and he found a Nerf gun bullet and something else, I thought it might have been an air freshener of sorts or some kind of poison bait for bugs i an not sure what it was or got to mention it at checkout.

Front desk staff were exceptional as we had a mix-up with our Booking.Com reservation but they worked quickly to resolve our issue and get us into the golf view room we had requested and paid for. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Fridge and microwave a big plus. They provide hand soap and lotion in the bathroom as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Very nice full breakfast offered every day. Basic breakfast options plus special orders available at the grill. Great way to start the day. Dining area was bright and sunny, wait staff kept tables clean so it was easy to find a place to sit. Also, there is a great walking trail along the golf course next to the hotel.

Room lighting was a little dark with only one main light in the room, which was a little like a spot light so it didn’t provide a lot of light overall. We basically had to turn on all the lights to make it bright enough at night.

Absolutely loved the view of the golf course mountain side and having a balcony. It was so nice. Also having a bedroom versus just an open room. super comfortable. Really enjoyed the happy hour w/drinks and light snacks and the omelettes at breakfast made to order. staff super friendly! We also used their crib for our 1 year old which is a pack and play sized metal crib. Pool area really clean and it was nice having towels already outside as well as umbrellas for shade. Also a hot tub though we didn’t use.

The carpet throughout the hallways could use an update, as well as the air vent in the room. Otherwise super clean. Even though this is somewhat Scottsdale. It was still a decent drive into Scottsdale about 20 to 30 minutes.

The hotel is great. Nice breakfast and complimentary happy hour. I loved the fact the hotel has a living room so my 18 months baby could sleep well while we were in the other room talking without bothering him. I just would like to add that the rooms in front of the pool/golf course were a bit noise because (from the people at the pool and loud music all day) so if noise bothers you (or you have a baby that likes silent to sleep as I do), chose a room with parking view. We asked to change rooms and they were great in doing that for us. So ai can't complain of anything. I would recommend and would definitely come back

Efficient check-in, exceptionally clean, wonderful breakfast selection/customized to order. Smaller, hotel with convenient access to lobby, pool, restaurant. Beds were very comfortable.

Pay to park

We loved the breakfast and the jack and Jill bathroom and having a balcony and the queen sofa bed for the grandkids.

We got charged for parking and we were never told about that when checking in. The price we had at check in was different than what the price was when checking out. More on our credit card also.

The room was perfect with separate bedroom. The soap and lotion dispenser are a great idea. And complementary breakfast and happy hour were one of the best we have had.

The sliding glass door for the room above us. Every time it was opened and shut it rattled downstairs in our room. Unfortunately they were in and out a lot Sunday night which kept us from sleeping. Therefore we left at 1 am Monday morning.

Excellent in room soaps, shampoo and cobditioner in envirormentally supportive refill containers. Super friendly staff. Great for a stop over of a night or maybe 2 but more. Pool area is nice but small. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful but evening snacks were only chips and salsa.

Room was small and view was over golf coarse but blocked by trees. Balcony was super small. Could be better evening snacks.
