We enjoyed our room in this hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a decent selection. I wanted some fresh fruit and hot coffee, which was perfect. I asked for a first-floor room but could not get it. However, the desk clerk did her best to honor my request with a room on the second floor. I appreciate her for trying, and we still had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool and spa were pleasant and clean. Once we left, I noticed the booking app, and the hotel double charged me. I called and spoke to the manager. Within 48 hours, the charge was refunded, and he apologized for the mistake. He was very professional, and I appreciate him for prioritizing my request. Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back again!

Room is very clean with nice touches. Everything in the room (e.g., lamps, TV, bathroom) are up to date. We were given a room next to the elevator on the fourth floor. No vibration or noise from the elevator at all. We could not even tell an elevator is next to our room during our stay. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate. excessive packaging of food is troubling however. It's coming from the CVOID era but definitely not environmental friendly. We very much enjoy our short stay very much.

I didn't appreciate the staff threatening to kick me out within the first 1 hr of our stay. They thought we had extra people in our rooms. We had just checked out of a BNB so we had a lot of extra food and stuff we had to bring in. But we had 2 rooms and 6 people never anymore else. So the staff could work on their customer service

They get extra points for checking us in 3 hours early. A mom checking in alone with three kids, that made a world of difference! The service was fine and the room was great for out two nights. Additionally the pool and workout area were clean. The breakfast was good; particularly for these times when people are traveling less. They offered scrambled eggs (maybe powder eggs), mediocre sausage patties, and I believe there was a vegetarian meat option as well. The waffles were great! My children liked the selection of cereals, juices, and other misc. items. The coffee was ok. All in all, I appreciated the hot breakfast and the overall selection. If the opportunity arose we would stay here again and we would recommend it colleagues who may visit too. It was well located, just a couple minute drive to the airport and five minutes away from work. Thanks for everything!

There were eggs and other hot items for breakfast. Pool was a comfortable temperature. Nice gym. Printer available if needed. Friendly staff. Microwave and fridge.

Shuttle didn't go to ASU graduation. Some breakfast items out before breakfast was over, and breakfast ended a bit earlier than acceptable. No Propel at "store."

I stayed at the property before few times and the breakfast worsened. Prepackaged sugared up waffles, prepackaged unhealthy eggs and other items. Only pork sausage with out tofu or chicken alternatives.

Jaylon helped me with downloading my healthpass so I could checkin and somehow was not easy but he madr it work. Hotel was really nice and one of the best we have stayed at.No small maintenance items that had been done poorly or any that neefed to be done.
