The breakfast is pretty good. Eggs, waffles, some days S.O.S with biscuits, and a ton of condiments from cream cheese, cottage cheese, peanut butter, butter, apple sauce, to Jellies with bagels toast. Cranberry juice, orange Juice is also available. Lots of coffee decaf and regular. Some days are better than others. The rooms are big. Chris made my stay better by giving me a few decaf coffee cups and extra cream for my coffee.

The jacuzzi tub could be cleaned and put back in operation. As it is it is collecting algae, dirt and leaves. Everything else is fine.

The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff tried to help but sometimes were unable to.

The check-in process was very long as the computer was down. We saw several staff come to the main desk and even though there were people waiting to check in, they did not offer to help. The burden on the desk clerk was too much for one person. She was from California and not familiar with the phoenix area. This was inconvenient since we needed someone to help us get the property as I 10 west was closed due to construction. Even my GPS was less than useless. Our room was across from the elevator, very noisy. As our TV did not work from the (several) remotes, a maintenance person struggled to find the right combination and wwe were unable to start the TV with the remote.

Loved everything. So clean and quiet. Chris was very nice and human like ( he seemed happy to be at work and made sure we were comfortable). Saved to a favorite will stay whenever in town again. Other comments seemed as though unsafe, but we felt very safe here. In front is a barbershop and convience store and like a wing place so a bit of traffic but everyone was respectful and minded their own.

Breakfast not included and washer/dryer kinda high but none of this is a deal breaker also internet slow but we were out most days until dinner. Hard to find first time around I recommend going before sundown so you know exactly where to go after that it's a breeze. I did not get pictures, but this is a real review.

Spacious room, friendly staff

Pool/jacuzzi not cleaned well and bubbles/timer was broken. Keys were deactivated during our stay and had to wait - Short staffed and took about 10 min just to re-activate our room keys. No one at the front desk. Called for room service/fresh towels and no one answered - twice

We had a large king suite with 2 queen beds. It was a last minute booking because of flight issues so we ended up staying 3 nights. We needed something close to airport with shuttle service but found out the shuttle service was only to the airport and there were issues with that the morning we left so thankfully we scheduled the shuttle early enough to allow for the delay.

Shuttle service, breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast with waffles. No fresh fruit and only hard boiled eggs the last day. We had issues with our remote controls so ended up using manual controls.

The best bed ever!! The breakfast is basic but has goodies like their biscuits and gravy, eggs fantastic coffee and even a guacamole treat. The people working there are hard workers keeping the place extremely clean and secure even though they are in a rough area. Close to the airport that is extremely convenient. They have popcorn in the lobby that is a sweet detail.

It is not the hotel's fault but the neighborhood where it's located is rough. The shower needs renovation.

Rooms are nicely updated. Pool, spa and exercise room actually work. Location very central for the airport and either Phoenix or the Tempe-Chandler-Mesa side. Walkable stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff.

Rooms are lit with cold white fluorescent-light toned bulbs which are kind of harsh. My room’s wall sconce shade was missing so that was just a bare bulb. Something’s up with the water pressure or something because it’s nearly impossible to get the shower to stay at a comfortable temperature for more than 30 seconds. have to keep readjusting. Also, you get no maid service unless you ask for it. Spa timer is glitchy — sometimes shuts it off after a few minutes though set to 15 minutes. And the pool is unheated and therefore all but unusable this time of year to anyone but polar bears.

Charged me 100 extra deposit and still haven’t received it back

Rachelle and Shay are fabulous! I had to talk to Rochelle on the phone a couple of times about transportation from the airport to the hotel. She was upbeat and supportive. Shay manned the front desk when I arrived. Great attitude and work ethic. I wish I had co-workers like her! Breakfast was fabulous!

TV and remote not working. Shay tried to fix it and offered a change of rooms. I declined as it was so late. Air conditioner outdated and barely worked

The best thing about Greentree is the staff. Friendly and accommodating. They responded to every request we had. Next is location. We were able to walk to Tempe Stadium for the Angel games. Walk is about one mile.

Overall the facility needs a major overhaul. Breakfast....it is the same every day and when you're staying 7 days, gets quite boring and unhealthy.
