Can't think of one thing I didn't like. If you're a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright as I am you'll be surprised to learn this place was designed by Bill Cone, one of the stable of Taliesin West architects in the mid-seventies incorporating the desert-modern look of places like the Biltmore and Valley Ho. The influence of Wright is unmistakable from the front doors to the landscaping. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, a large flat screen, good size bathrooms and pleasant flooring choices. The AC is great as well. The restaurant is a surprise and if you want a late night snack, the bar serves up some tasty offerings. If you plan on utilizing the airport shuttle know that it's not a Ford Econoline but a well appointed Mercedes van specially made for the task. I can't stress enough what an incredible value for money this place is from the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone is on the same page here. I used to stay overnight at the Crown Plaza for easy access to the airport, but I now have a new go-to hotel. Special shout out to Manager Kody Riley for his help with a parking issue that was not of his making.

The place is nice and quiet. It feels like an apartment complex. The pool area is nice.

I had stayed two nights. The first night the AC was blowing air but it wasn’t as cold. I wasn’t happy throughout the night but suffered through it. The next morning I asked the front desk lady if I could have another room because of the AC wasn’t working. She said she would send someone up to fix it but I asked for another room. She granted me a new room for my second night and the AC was so much better. The other room was stuffy, warm, and I couldn’t sleep as much because of the condition.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. There is a comfort to it, Frank Loyd Wright touches in the lobby fire place and decor in the rooms. The service was very friendly and we got a text shortly after checking in asking if we might need anything. This is a beautiful gem hidden in the city, the court yards are very eye appealing and well tended. This is an older establishment but has been kept up beautifully. The stained glass in the lobby creates a warm welcoming first impression. I will stay here again when I pass thru the valley and definitely recommend it.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like, we are not able to comment on the food served at the restaurant as we did not have the time this visit to go in.

the whole feel and design of the hotel. the bar was good with good drinks the menu was small but spot on . the waitress and bar asssitance very nice . room was very nice modern just what you expect.

the a/c in the room wasnt that great maybe pipes filter needs clean. wifi wasnt that great either but just about to get by . kept droppping in and out a bit. the waitress was nice but a little pushy for another drink or food .

Once we arrived we didn’t have to leave. We had dinner in the bar. Food was ok and the price was good.

We ordered a shuttle to the airport for 3 am and arrived at the pick up location at the exact time. However it would have taken us a couple of minutes to get onto the shuttle. The driver saw us, had no other passengers and left anyway. We were not advised that we had to be on the shuttle at 3 am.

Every person that I encountered at this hotel was friendly and down to earth. I especially had a great time in the Restaurant Milagros with Jake, my server who was attentive, never let my drink go dry and had a very kind smile with everything he did. I liked being able to text the front desk for questions. The free shuttle to the airport was a very nice perk!

The place is older and could use some updating and the bed was hard to me. There was a lot of road noise but I’m not sure that can be helped near the airport. The app for room service did not work or load the menu.

The breakfast was very good except for the scrambled eggs. The room was large and comfortable.

The refrigerator was substandard, and my food kept getting wet from condensation. The shower curtain was ripped, but I was able to use it without a lot of water ending up on the floor. The noise from the airport was initially disturbing, but it was only a problem when planes were taking off in one direction. We were able to get plenty of sleep, because the noise was minimal except for the first night.

I loved the open hotel concept. Very spacious and everyone was very kind.. & the herb foccacia roll... best sandwich ive ever eaten in my life 100/10! I was also pretty surprised that our room stayed cool even though it was about 104 outside. Really appreciated that

The shower water wouldnt go down the drain so i was standing in water to my ankles as im trying to shower.. as well as the sink water, to pull the drain out for the sink; it was stuck & wouldnt budge. Otherwise had a very pleasant stay.

Liked the outside seating area. Continental breakfast was nearly perfect, soggy pastries let it down. Bar good in the evening with good food. All service friendly and helpful.

Internet connection on my phone hopeless. Every other location (diner etc.), connected immediately. Bedroom gloomy.

I loved the design & the history (it was built by a Frank Lloyd Wright student (so I was told). - The staff was amazing! Location- people-free shuttle!

They ran out of cookies- the bathroom had no exhaust fan -also the shower/tub is dated…it was clean, but not clean & for that price-especially the bathroom—-clean… Also the weird 50$ deposit… hold/strange- The carpet needs updating & I think it just needs a refresh/ the grounds are lonely- needs 24 hour room service for sure!
