Everything went great. The location was great, the rooms were nice, the facilities had everything we needed.

We never got any new towels and the maids never came in to make our beds or anything. It wasn't a big issue though. I'm sure if we had called the front desk they would have gotten us some towels.It would have been nice though to have fresh towels everyday. The sticker on the mirror said they would swap out towels every other day but they didn't do it at all.

My entire stay was good. Even though the room was not cleaned daily during my visit, new clean towels and toiletries were provided. The hotel is across from a bunch of food places, and a dollar tree which was perfect to get some quick waters and popsicles in the heat! The staff was really friendly, and they kept the breakfast and drink area cleaned. The airport shuttle was great, and the entire time of the stay my son and his basketball teammates utilized it to get around with the zone limits. My flight was delayed a few hours and they even held my luggage after I checked out, and let me hang in the lobby while my daughter slept as opposed to having to sit in uncomfortable airport chairs.

I was accidentally charged an incidentals fee twice, which caused a system issue when checking out, but the manager was very friendly and got it all worked out. The dryer machine did take my money, but the staff working refunded me immediately so that I could finish my laundry and put a sign on it to make sure noone else's money was taken.

Stayed here for 1 nights, 2 adults 3 kids 17, 13 and 11. About 20 mins drive from the airport. Very large clean comfy room. Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked to use the pool however we were told it was closed because a dog had been in it. Nevertheless there were people in it that evening. Some fast food restaurants really close by. OK for a one night stay.

The breakfast was great, with many choices, clean and neat. The shuttle service was great also. Huge room wasn't expecting that! Full refrigerator/kitchen, huge TV, Desk and a separate seating area for watching TV.

They gave us the wrong room at first, king bed instead of 2 queens, but was taken care of. A few things in the room needed repair: Deadbolt, the ironing board leg fell off, and the divider curtain was falling off/torn at the end, but they made a note of it to fix.

The breakfast was great and the woman running it all was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that we heard no airplane noise being so close to the airport. The room was very large with lots of storage space and having 2 beds plus a pull-out couch was great.

for the fare price you get more in your room than expected, I got almost functional kitchen and two beds for the price that nobody offers. the building is new and it was close to the airport

it’s close to the airport and there is axe throwing range 20 min walk from it. also I found a gas fire place with couches at hotel’s terrace , too bad haven’t tried it

It is designed very well. Electric outlets are all in good places. Large bathroom countertops and drawers by sink. Nice TV, soft bed, nice little kitchenette. Not luxurious but we’ve stayed at luxurious hotels with the worst floor plans.

The staff at this property were amazing. That’s what made our stay the best! The amenities were the added bonus.

Although the selections for breakfast were great, I would say maybe adding a little more choices. Overall breakfast was amazing.

Super comfortable bed after a long day of drive. The staff were responsive, helpful and professional. We found a few cookie wrappers on the floor and slight stain marks on kitchen counter. But due to covid, we figured could be due to short staff. Not deal breaker. We just needed a safe quiet and loud clean place to spend one night and get a good night sleep. Good breakfast. All customers wore face masks just as all staff wore face masks. Will be staying here again.

The rooms were efficient yet spacey, clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything you need for a longer stay. I wish we didn’t just stop by overnight.

The *only* complaint I had was that the large shower gel bottle in the shower was empty, but we improvised.
