The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I interacted with new employees and trainers in the restaurant and at reception, and they were all very knowledgable. The room was very comfortable, and the whole resort was clean. The connected pools and multiple hot tubs were exciting.

At this price point, breakfast should have been included. The gift shop needs budget options for swimwear - the cheapest women's swimsuit we could find was over $100. The food in the restaurant was good but not stellar - the butternut squash ravioli tasted like cherry pie filling.

too many kids in the hot tubs. No adult space. no availability/seating at the restaurant during our entire stay. very little interaction with hotel staff. got better service from the house keepers than the bar tenders. house keeping acknowledged us & greeted us, where as bartenders could careless how long it took to get our drinks. too busy socializing with other guests. our drinks sat finished for 5 minutes before we got them. also, all vending machines on the 3rd floor were out of service. had to call room service for ice & no drinks from the vending machines.

Location of hotel is not in best of area off the resort, food at resort is way to expensive, this run down or broke at resort that r just left and not repaired or made to look nice. Example broken light. Attention to detail. Biggest thing not enough chairs at pool. Had to set stuff on a rock intill chairs became available hrs later. Big open spot in shade they could have more chairs but they dont.

I liked the pool area and that the hotel is located on a hill which made for nice views

The hotel is located next to the highway. All regular rooms face the highway, which you can hear through bathe windows and from the higher part of the pool area. There are no showers in the pool area. The hotel is older and could get upgraded.

The property and location were beautiful!! The room was a great size, the bed was so comfortable, the pool was amazing and the staff were so polite and friendly. We received a call when we first walked in the room to make sure it was up to our expectations and a call the night before we left to see how our stay was. It was a great find!

The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first and a little challenging to navigate but overall, it was a great experience.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It had so much to offer. The staff was amazing… except for Aaron the poolside bartender. He was rude and dismissive.. I even overheard other guests talking about his poor behavior. I am so thankful for the rest of the staff for making this an amazing honeymoon for my husband and I!

I wish that there were food vending machines for late night snacks. I would’ve loved it if Starbucks was open until the afternoon 3-4ish

Loved the cleanliness and how helpful and friendly the staff was.

I was on business and didn't use any of the extras, IE. Pool, Bar, restaurant, the morning breakfast. I wish there had been vending machine with candies and or snack, or a sundry store that had items open later into the evenings. I was leaving before 6:00 am and returning after 7:00 pm.

It really is a beautiful setting and very unique. The pool is beautiful.

It is showing it’s age. It needs a good deep cleaning. There was dust in the room around the edges of the carpet. The bedding was ill fitting. There was paper scraps and crumbs on the floor. The wall paper was starting to peel.

The facility had wonderful service and various spots to eat. Food was excellent!

The rooms could use a facelift to be competitive to other resorts. Pillows weren’t comfortable and Beds could be more plush. The pool chairs need to be updated.
