The hotel was at a quiet location. The lobby and dining area were nicely decorated and spacious. The dining area had windows overlooking to a spacious patio with two fire pits and lounge area. It was adjacent to a nice pool. The room was spacious ,clean and had comfortable beds and bedding. The Breakfast buffet had fresh foods including boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon , waffles, oatmeal bar with extra condiments, fresh fruit ect. When I complemented the front desk staff on the breakfast, she told me the owners ( who are locals ) wanted to go beyond what the Marriott corporate office required. The hotel stay was a nice surprise!

Room was a good size as was bathroom. Clean, comfortable (sheets felt very nice), staff was very friendly, decor was very nice, plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower was a nice bonus as opposed to the little bottles. Plenty of parking, even for large vehicles with trailers and such. Convenient to town/college(s). Room was also available earlier than my app suggested it would be! My first choice in this area!

Disappointed the pool wasn't open even though it was 90 degrees outside (not until Memorial Day). Also, wanted coffee but the lack of flavored creamers made me go out for coffee.

The property seemed brand new but is a couple years old. Everything was very clean and well cared for. It smells fresh, but not fragranced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Tons of parking and easy to park a trailer close to the door.

The location is very convenient to the highway for someone just passing through like I was. But the property is situated by a huge amount of felled trees and a lot of exposed dirt. Their own palm trees look dead and out of place. So the area and landscape are visually pretty depressing. Still a great place to stay.

Everything was great at this Fairfield Inn. Staff were very nice, property was very clean throughout, breakfast was especially top notch, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking.

It isn't a knock on the hotel, but for some reason, car GPS took us on a wild goose chase through neighborhoods and a dead end road. Phone GPS finally got us there, but the front desk mentioned that some people said their GPS told them they missed it and to turn around when they hadn't yet arrived. Not sure how you fix that.

Courtesy of the front desk staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Kitchen aide was very accommodating. All staff was attentive to most of our needs.

The floor outside the door was never cleaned. I had a 3 night stay. I seen 3 cleaning carts piled up in the hallway and no one mop the floor. I did notice wet floor signs out. Staff should warn about refrigerator being in off position.

The location is great and convenient to several parks in the area. Hotel is clean in common areas and breakfast has a variety of options for eating on the run. Hotel staff was the best with a friendly and helpful attitude every time.

The shower curtain in the bathroom is higher than the tub and it was impossible to keep the floor from being a puddle for stepping out. I recommend longer shower curtains.

It was very clean and very well run. Shower was great. I really liked the room set up. I would have liked to see more but we just had a quick stop to rest on our trip home.

.I didn't like that I was charged or animals that I crated. I was charged 75 per animal. We came in about 1 am and left by check out. I had 2 animals. They stayed in one room but each room got charged. I felt that I should have been told about this. I knew there was a pet fee but had no idea of price. I was charged 50 per room initially and then another 25 per room after I was home. I found that suspect. The price was more than other hotels. I stayed in Texas for a week for what I paid for a few hours of rest.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms, the lobby, the whole facility. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. None of the breakfast items were your "normal" breakfast items. It seemed that they had everything for toast or waffles, but not bread or waffles. The eggs were quiche type items, the muffins were gluten free, which I'm sure is great for some, but seems more of a "specialty" item. There was basic cereal options, yogurt, and oatmeal. Sadly, we left hungry.

We asked for milk for the coffee which the hotel made available during the day and was told there was none. Non-service-orientated staff, on one occasion.

Other than the bed, the room and facility was great, very clean and spacious

The bed extremely hard and uncomfortable, we went out and bought mattress pads to be able to sleep. I don't understand why hotels are using such hard mattresses
