Our harbor view was obstructed by the lobby roof. That room should be appropriately labeled as partial view and offered at a discounted price or an option.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds...beautiful restaurant and bar along marina but horrible prices $14 for a draft beer is a joke...good location in the city you can get to beaches and downtown in only a few minutes

Prices in restaurant and bar, 35 dollars a night for parking!! And the bathroom in the room was to small ,hard to stand and move around between toilet, sink and shower

I liked everything about this hotel. The shuttle bus services were outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent. The restaurant services were great. The concierge was great also. All the persons and personnel were excellent. I truly enjoyed my vacation, and seeing my grandchildren. I really would like to stay again next month. Bessie

I loved the location of this hotel, right at the ocean harbor, only minutes away from the airport.

The staff wasn't really friendly or welcoming. I had to upgrade my room to suite as my last room was very tight, yet after the upgrade I was disappointed. I upgraded to a family suite, you would think that in a suite you should get everything up to mark but walls had cracks where they hung the toilet paper. Very poor paint job done on the ceiling. Carpet was very old and dirty. It didn't feel like I was staying at Hilton

We moved to 3 different rooms. The first one the air conditioner blower was so kind and the view was not bad our view was of the roof. The 2nd one the air conditioner didn’t work so they gave us a fan but we couldn’t handle that. Finally the 3rd room had a great view and the air conditioner worked. Also the beds are a bit hard. Not too comfortable.

My room had incredible bay and marina views with a view of Downtown San Diego. Hotel service was excellent (thanks Xavier)!! On-site restaurant served good food with great service!! Area is safe and fully walkable along the water. Many activities, ocean view restaurants and area attractions are within just a few miles of the hotel.

Worst part was checking out.😂

The location was absolutely perfect close drive to San Diego zoo, beach, Petco park, and downtown San Diego. The view from our room was stunning! Morning & evenings see the water definitely, will be back! The restaurant was delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner.

The second set of employees at check-in were just plain rude and immediately tried to turn the problem onto me. The first person I asked about checking in looked at my reservation and said there would be no problem for my daughter to check-in when she arrived as the room had already been paid for. The second pair wouldn't let her register and she had to call me to come down. It just got worse after that. The girl was surly and the manager wasn't any better. I just got the feeling that they were going to show me they were in charge and I had no right to question their policies. I was happy when I got there and furious when I left.

I loved the room. I loved the balcony. I loved the view. It had everything that I was looking for, a place to get away that was secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I didn't like the TV size. But that's so minor that it doesn't even matter. I spent a lot more time out of the room than in the room so it didn't really matter..

Clean and pleasant room with spectacular balcony view of San Diego. Bed was very comfortable. The food was beyond expectation, delicious with an amazing chocolate ice cream dessert, and everyone was helpful, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come here again. Very nice shuttle to airport.

Nothing. I really had an unexpectedly wonderful stay after my flight was cancelled and I was feeling discouraged. A full moon even rose over the city in the evening!
