The facilities were ok. The lobby area was bright and clean. The room was very big, way more space than we anticipated. The breakfast was standard and we were grateful for it. The location is great, easily accessible and had neighbouring restaurants.

The smell of the room was a bit odd initially. I believe it was the carpet, nevertheless it did not appear dirty.

The guy who checked us in on the 3 August was awesome. He was very helpful. The breakfast staff was very friendly and said good morning to us. The housekeeping ladies were very kind

The lady that checked us out on the 5th August was not very friendly. I had a package delivered to the hotel. She went into the room came back and said there was none. Chk thebother hotel. I specifically put the name of the hotel. Thank goodness Amazon always has somrone sugn and they notify the customer. When I told her who signed and what date she went and looked and found it. Telling me it was hiding. This was the only poor experience

It was the third time that I went to the Best Western at Doral, twice of them, by 15 days each, the last two years, and 29 nights this month, every friends told me that I'm crazy, just because it is a short time hotel... But it is best than an AirBNB, my room was cleaned every day, my bed was made everyday too, and we have our breakfast ready everyday. The laundry at the third floor is very clean and it isn't expensive. Thank you to all friendly workers at the Hotel, I will see you again at the end of the year.

Everything was fine

Great location, 10 min walk to groceries and lots of restaurants nearby.

Carpet in the room was old, and although it looked clean, after walking with only socks on they became extremely dirty.

I found the staff, even the maintenance personnel to be very polite and cordial.

If you’re looking for a hot shower or hot bath, after a long day, this is not the place to stay. The hot water, as well as the heating system are controlled a little bit too tightly. The hot water is lukewarm at best. As for the heating system when it gets a little cold at three or 4 o’clock in the morning you might want to bring an extra blanket. Other than that I found my state to be very comfortable. If not for those minor issues that can be changed by the hotel I would’ve given it a higher score.

The hotel is near by many stores and restaurants, the hotel is clean, and the room is affordable and comfortable. It includes breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The hotel overall is good, but the menu for breakfast changes everyday and it doesn't take under consideration the fact thay not everybody comes from the same cultural backgrounds and pretty much they have to deal with whatever is served that day, the doors of the closet were non functional, and the iron was non-functional as well, the most of the staff was friendly and willing to help, others simply were careless and unattentive with the guests. Not all the employees speak English properly and that affects the interaction with the guests.

When checking in at the front desk the gentleman who waited on us was very nice and wonderful

The signage out front was hard to see. Also had left a very expensive ring, it was put in the safe we told them that we were back be from our cruise on July 2nd and we will be there at 8:00 but nobody was there to open the safe get our ring out we had to head back to Michigan due to we had to go to work in a couple of days it took us from July 2nd till July 15th to get our ring back had to have UPS take care of it because the manager of this motel she's never around this is not a good way to run a business. I used to work for Best Western and I know how it is to ship items out we would get it done in a couple of days so don't ever leave anything valuable at this motel it'll take you a while to get back

Location was great and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Buffet breakfast had lots of options for the price. WiFi was solid and had no issues. Price was very competitive. Coffee machine at reception plugged in at all times.

The room had a slight smell but managed to clear by opening the windows. Pillows were strange and uncomfortable;, you have to arrange housekeeping a day in advance. Pool water was a bit murky and seems that maintenance was not done regularly.

The Breakfast was a simple American breakfast. All that you could need for the morning. The King Room was super spacious and comfortable. The location was great for us. Close to the shops and not too far from the airport.

There was a slight musty smell when we first entered the room. But I understand that it can happen in carpeted rooms that remain closed and cold after cleaning. Also, some of the furnishing have clearly seen better days.

I like the location of the hotel. The check in was very smooth and fast. Not too much paperwork due to the reservation trough Booking.com. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Also the checkout went very quickly.

There was not something that I didn't like just some items that could be updated. The tv in the room the moment you put it on, sometimes the volume increases it selves. Try to put a nice smell for the hotel when you entered the levels.
