Breakfast was not satisfying compared with other Fairfield hotels

Breakfast at this hotel has always been the center of attraction for the guests. They are always serving warm omelets, cooked meat, wafflers, cheese, butter, jam, etc. with a great choice of juices, milk, tea and coffee. Seating is very good both at the lounge as well as an additional court to the left of the reception. Rooms are roomy with two big beds, a nice bathroom, a working desk and a small fridge. Beds are very comfortable and wide with excellent linen. They are done neatly every single day. Swimming pool is approximately 10-12 m by 8-10 m. Always clean and with a lot of towels, umbrellas and sunbathing seats. Many people enjoy the gym with bicycles, running bands and dumbbells. Out of these well arranged facilities the most important reason for us to stay there since 2007 to present, sometimes 2-3 times each year, is the care and the very kind attitude of the personnel. The decorations, managers and the staff have changed over the years but the quality and care has always been at the TOP LEVEL ! This is why we have been staying there year after year, and will definitely keep doing so in the future as well. If you have any questions or need for something, go directly to the house-keeping manageress Sylvia for her most pleasant assistance. If you need something in the breakfast lounge ask Alina, the most helpful young assistant with her always great smile, not to mention the other personnel there which I do not know their names (unfortunately!). I cant think of anything not to like!!

Clean clean clean and smelled fresh throughout the lobby! Near so many eateries and a gas station with a great sub sandwich made to order deli in Wawa’s…buffet walking distance, Steak ‘n Shake and a Disney shop if u need shirts etc. Helpful staff Angel gives so much helpful information…thank you to housekeeping for always keeping the hotel clean and our rooms were done everyday! Near Disney world, SeaWorld and universal studios everything 10-20 min away….20min from airport…so great thank you Fairfield!

Breakfast was good but can you change eggs to scramble and make potatoes to go with it…but we loved our bagels 👍🏽

The property is elegant and simple. It’s small but cozy, it creates a warm and friendly environment for the people who stay there. I let the team know through my booking that it was my birthday weekend and I was going to celebrate. When I got there, they had left a very cute decoration on the beds for me, wishing me a happy birthday. It made me feel very special and although I had told them it was my birthday, I did not expect such a pleasant surprise. It was a lovely experience. They’re also very close to Disney Springs and conveniently close to a few restaurants and stores like gift shops. I totally recommend the hotel. I’m leaving pictures of the decorations because I was so excited about it that I didn’t take other pictures of the room.

Some of the parking space was in a slightly solitary area, but it’s not something to stop anyone from staying here, there’s parking in front of the property that had better lighting and everyone can use.

My stay at this Marriot was amazing. We got our room made up and cleaned EVERY DAY. I really appreciated having fresh towel. Also, the bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Additionally, the hotel had a good breakfast. The front desk attendant was also very kind.

While the location of the hotel is pretty close to the Disney, it is located in a plaza where I noticed people would loiter at night. This only made me a bit worried because the parking lot is open, but we didn't really have any issues with our car. Having said all that, I will come back to this hotel!

Clean, super comfortable beds. Reception staff were welcoming abs friendly. Takeaway food places and dine in restaurants in the same hotel carpark There is even a small convenience store and gift shop open late. Breakfast had hot and cold options, including make your own waffles. Free shuttle to and from theme parks

I think breakfast should go until at least 930. It’s very crowded until almost 9 and hard to get a table. We came down one day at 845 and felt pressured to grab a few things and leave. The kitchen staff were closing the internal doors as people were walking out.

We enjoyed our stay there. The Staff was friendly and location was great... near good restaurants, FedEx, and a wawa. They were close to Disney, but also to our targeted spots for a wedding. It was a good stay and we would stay in that location again.

The only complaints was the only time we tried to us pool (due to lack of extra time) it was closed and staff had no idea why... which was a bummer. Also, our carpet was stained not a big deal to me but I let desk know to ensure I wasn't the reason and get charged. Tub didn't feel flat which made me nervous using shower but we were fine. Last future request is ger housekeeping door tags. This way housekeeping can see if we need them or just move to next if we do not want to be disturbed. Thank you.

Location was great to many restaurants and convenient to major attractions and highways. Room was clean and comfortable, however the carpet is old and damp. Breakfast was generous and had good variety. Service was fast and friendly. Loved the iced water and fresh coffee counter at reception. A refreshing welcome after a warm day outdoor. Great idea!!! Definitely returning.

Damp carpet in the room. Pool was under maintenance and was not available. Glad to have the use of the Sheraton Pool next door.

Our room and common areas always smelled nice and fresh. The bed was really comfortable and the room was equipped with everything we needed. The front desk clerks were exceptionally friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is within 5mins walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants and even a Walgreens. Free shuttle service to most main attractions in Orlando

Everything was perfect

The front desk employees were amazing. They were all so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Parking. If you park in the wrong spot you will be towed. There were literal tow trucks waiting in the lot. Unless you get one of the few spots right in front of the building, your car is not secure. Signs are posted that the hotel is not liable. We have a brand new car and I feel l should not have to worry about what condition I may find my car in the next morning.
