Convenient and clean

The tiles on floor was broken. The hot tub did not work. The water didn't stay hot for more than 5 mins. And the room smelt bit musty. I think they put us in rooms that were older since we used booking.com. it wasn't bad it just wasn't the great experience we had previously.

Resort was very beautiful. We booked one executive bedroom suite and it was perfect. Kitchen had everything that one requires. Also, there were many on site amenities, different activities as well. There were 4 swimming pools nearby to every block. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Orlando. Also, just minutes walk to gas station, convenience stores, Walgreens, and many restaurants.

The hotel was good, very clean.

The AC is centrally controlled and the room was very hot even though was cold outside. At 79 F it was bad

There were a couple medium-size heated pools and at least one hot tub/'spa'; all were clean. The best thing about this place included: suites that really included most kitchen utensils you could need, shuttle service, friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere.

There wasn't much we didn't like! The handle on the bathroom door was broken, and the big pool isn't quite as large as it appears here in the photo, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, convenient to the parks. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The executive room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very quick to address a problem we had. We will definitely stay here again

Upon entering our room, there was a powerful and unpleasant odor. It smelled of cigarette smoke and moldy. But the staff was very quick to show me 3 other rooms to change to. Thank you

Centrally located to Universal, SeaWorld and Disney parks. Perfect base, comfortable, great facilities.

I don’t like negatives but I do have to say that the unit we stayed in the carpets were very tired looking however that didn’t affect our stay 😊

I liked that there were multiple pools on site. The location of the property was nice; not right next to all the attractions but close enough to not be in the heavily-poplulated areas. I also enjoyed the little big big feeling of the property. It was easy to get around because of the small size but large enough to offer multiple pools and activities. I'm a member of a popular timeshare with a few locations in Orlando and this property was a breath of fresh air because it was just the right size to be enjoyable, not overwhelming with guests. Check-in was wonderful; no pressure to go to a timeshare meeting (I'm of the understanding this property is part of a timeshare company). Also, the receiptionist asked for ID to verify payment information so it was nice to see that they care about ensuring proper ownership of payment methods. Property was also well-lit and there were security guards often making their rounds.

The amount of simple amenities you receive is insufficient for long stays. You bascially get one-day's worth of items like coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. and the rest you have to pay for. Also, there was a stain on one of the couch susions.

Location was great! Central to all of the attractions. Multiple pools was nice to have as we had one right behind our room. Requested a ground floor if they had one available and they were able to give us one.

Kids at the pool were a little crazy. Pool was only 4.5 foot deep in the deepest part and kids were diving off of a fountain into it. Maybe require that the parents be with the kids and make sure they are following the rules. Had to say something to some kids were were running and jumping into the pool as they almost landed on our kids a couple of times.
