It's a great value for the price. For just hardly $60 a night can't expect too much. It's very nice the pools are a great bonus. It said heated pool online and we did ask they said it is heated but it was freezing. It's very clean and well kept in all the common areas. The arcade is a great bonus. Cute little gift shop was also a bonus. I couldn't justify the prices for dinner and breakfast. I know they are buffets but the price was too much for what was offered. The dinner buffet wasn't the best and seemed like it was leftovers or something it was random items and nothing went together. Our waitress was very nice though. The rooms need an update for sure. More specifically of the bedding. Our beds in the two double bedroom didn't include any fitted sheets at all. there was a flat sheet a sad excuse of a blanket and another flat sheet on top of it. The water also wasn't hot at all. Barely warm enough to shower. The staff was all super friendly and I'll give them bonus points for that. I would still book here because of the security features. There's a security station to go through before you're allowed in and I think that really helped keep all the nonsense to a minimum.

The rate and proximity to Disney World is really good! The room is pretty clean and decent for the price. Free shuttle service to Disney, other theme parks and the outlet mall was awesome! If the shuttle times for Disney don't work for you there is a nearby public bus direct to Disney. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and awesome! There is a huge public balcony you can use if you're traveling in a large group.

It can be a long walk from the lobby to your room depending on where you're placed. We had no car during our trip. We booked with the intention of using the free shuttle service and were placed far away from the lobby where the shuttle picks up. We checked in past the shuttle time and decided to try the public bus but it's somewhat of a walk from the hotel and requires you to cross the street with no crosswalk.

The room size with 2 queen beds was a good for 2 people who arrived with lots of stuff due to a hurried hurricane evacuation. The location was great and the free car parking / no resort fee was a welcome relief in the area where this has become the norm. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area was a prefer place to relax and was cleaned and opened very quicky following the hurricane.

The room furniture was dark and a little dated, if it was lighter it would made a big difference. The room was a little dark with daylight but once the lights were on it was fine.

The room size was okay and neat, and it was cleaned daily. The staff members were very friendly, loving, and ready to help. The hotel was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants, and Uber was also affordable. I appreciated that the hotel had shops where you could easily get items, including food, and they were open until midnight. Additionally, there were vending machines on each floor, making it easy to get something to drink. My room had a coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, which made my stay more comfortable. The hotel offered a shuttle bus to Disney, SeaWorld, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios, making it easy to get to the parks. However, I took Uber back to the hotel on about three occasions because the bus leaves the parks quite early. My flight was at 5 PM, and I was allowed to check out of my room at 12:30 PM instead of the usual 11 AM, which was very convenient.

However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. There were cockroaches in my room, and the toilet leaked whenever it was flushed. It would be beneficial to have the hotel fumigated and the broken facilities fixed.

The property was clean and was very close to Disney and Orlando. 10/15mins cab ride to the parks. It felt safe. The housekeeping was done regularly. Price was also less compared to other properties nearby. A lot of parking spaces. There is a small convenience shop in property that had almost everything.

Our key suddenly stopped working after returning from the park because of issue with the door lock battery. After a full day of park it was a hassle to again walk back to the reception and place a complain and wait outside the doos to get it fixed. Though it was fixed within 20mins. But I think the staff should keep an eye on these.

Loved the pool and splash zone, loved the breakfast, the room was spacious and comfortable The customer service is really good the shuttle buses are good getting you to parks. It's lovely and quiet the scenery of the lake and there's a comfortable sitting area by the lake it's beautiful plus a nice park for young ones. the location is good its near a bus stop and around over five various restaurants and shops for tourists Felt at home they were understanding your individual needs

I think because i was on the ground floor but the WiFi wasn't very strong

Little extras that I wouldn’t expect at this price point - 2 ply toilet paper, microwave and large size mini fridge, bath mat for in tub. Daily housekeeping offered. Our room was pretty quiet. We were on the side away from highway. I’m not sure if the front desk tries to space out guests when possible or not, but I suspect if you had a neighbor, it could be noisy. But we didn’t and it was perfect.

When I made reservation, it didn’t appear they have any queen or king beds. Double was quite “cozy” for my tastes. Pillows were very small, making me glad I brought my own.

I stayed in room 1400. It overlooked the pool but also overlooking an area that is under construction. This did not affect my stay in any way. Room was comfortable. The shower head was a little wonky but that’s an easy fix. Couldn’t ask for more for the value. Location is actually pretty prime if your focus are the theme parks

Lobby had a bad odor when we were checking in. Some areas are under construction/renovation. We really only used the room to shower and bathe and didn’t use any of the facilities. One of the elevators was out of service on our last day.. again, not a hindrance
