The rooms were very clean, I requested a ground floor room due to my disabilities, and they were able to accommodate me. The rooms are very spacious, and I love having a full kitchen--if not just for a freezer. The beds are very firm, but that's what my body craves after a long day in the parks. The location is great! You can get to any of the Disney parks in under 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly. It's never a problem for them to replace towels or coffee, etc. at the front desk (though it's awkward for me to carry towels into the lobby).

This establishment changed significantly during the COVID crisis, but it hasn't returned to the status quo--and probably never will. Because of COVID, breakfast was terminated, daily housekeeping stopped, and a nightly parking fee was introduced when Disney introduced the same at their resorts. Even now, the parking fee remains--even after Disney discontinued theirs, housekeeping has turned into replacement of towels every other day, and you have to purchase an over-priced breakfast or get out into the local area. All in all, I still enjoyed my stay--and I look forward to returning again.

Location was a plus; shopping and eateries in walking distance. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I liked the fact that the kitchen was stocked with enough pots, dishes and silverware.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $15 per night to park on their property. The brown paper bag breakfast with a muffin, juice and fruit was not to my liking...please do better. Also, the room had a weird smell when I walked in. Smells like bleach mixed with a musty odor.

Property is clean! Security walks around checking the property daily. Comfy beds. All dishes included in the kitchen, along with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and pot holders. Pool is very nice. Quiet and relaxing property. Lots of things to do in walking distance, including grocery store. We will be back!

The wheelchair accessible room needed shower and toilet handrails in BOTH restrooms. No stove. Would not recommend the shuttle service offered through the hotel (3rd party service). They do not allow handicap persons to "ride" onto the bus. They must walk up the handicap ramp and and PUSH their electric chair. This service left us stranded at a theme park.

Great staff, very accommodating. Couldn't find a fault among them...very conscious of the guest experience. A+ people!! Even with the above negative comment...I would definitely return to this property in the future. This type of bad behavior by guests is happening all too frequently throughout the area. There is a designated smoking area on site...smokers think that if you don't see the blue haze in atmosphere, they are not offending anyone!

A group of 3 men smoking and drinking on the balcony. They appeared to be contractors spending the night after working off site. They deserve to wind down, bit not exactly a family friendly event. To be fair...I elected NOT to bring this concern to the attention of the front desk. They were relatively benign so I decided to let it go. The fact that there is a $15.00 per day parking fee was not completely clear when I booked. All I remember seeing was "self-parking" available, but the room rate was quite reasonable. No "resort-fee"... you need to watch for that anywhere you stay in Florida.

A mile or so from Disney world, hospitality, and cleanliness!

I couldn't sleep with the bedroom door shut because it got extremely hot! The kitchen and den area would feel like an ice box, and the bedroom felt like the heat was on. The other bedroom didn't have this problem. It was a 2 bedroom room king suite. No ice maker either like I was told there would be in the room. None on the properties common areas either. Overall, though, I would recommend the property! AC can be fixed!

I loved the layout of the unit. Great space for our group of 6. Loved the use of the kitchen and separate dining area. Rooms across from each other.

The pool was very warm but probably beyond anyone’s control because of the hot temperatures. Did not offer free shuttle service to parks. Charged for early check-in Our unit was getting hit by the Sun so the room with double beds was hot during the day and not the greatest overnight. It could possibly use more insulation.

it’s 10 mins from Magic Kingdom. very clean and comfortable. Room was perfect size for my family of 7. 4 adults and 3 kids. I recommend this place. Staff was very friendly.

Staff should have told us that the first number of our room was the building number. Room number was 1333. so we thought it was building 13 on third floor when it was building 1 on third floor.

I loved the spacious & immaculately clean suites. Very comfortable with all facilities provided. Good value for money. Rooms were in the quieter part of the property so it was very peaceful. It gave us a nice homely feel.

The Housekeeping comes only once a week which is a problem if u have small kids. Our rooms were not cleaned even once during our entire stay. Thankfully we managed on our own. Also there is no lift which is a problem if u have to lug huge suitcases to the 2nd floor. No rooms are available on the Ground floor. No in house restaurants to order room service

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The suite itself was very comfortable. The location was great and staff was very friendly ! Lots of restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning within the room was tricky. In order to have the air flow into the double room was we had to leave the room door open which was a bit annoying. Also, we stayed in a third floor because they didn’t have any rooms available within the other floors so it was a bit of a workout to leave and go into the room.

The room was excellant, roomy, cleaned, pots/pans/utensils cleaned, dishwasher, stove mic and toaster Location is PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT to any major Parks or other tourist activities !! Breakfast was not free-we cooked in our room. The pool area was good enough,and patio was nice. Plenty of parking various food and other stores within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially front office and manager.
