It is a really very beautiful place to spend in peace and disconnect from the hectic life of the city and more we who live in Miami. The food was delicious but a little expensive for us. There was the Grill, which was the other option with more reasonable prices, but my suggestion... more options on the Bar Grill menu would be perfect . The room was always clean, especially the bathroom. The staff all very friendly. The only thing that I found uncomfortable for me was the fact that I always arrived at the room from the first day and did not find water to drink. We had to ask for the bottles at the front desk when leaving or entering the hotel. Really uncomfortable because when my children came from doing activities outside in the open air, they did not have water to drink in the room. Keep this in mind for families with children, as they become dehydrated very easily, as do very old people. In general, a very beautiful place and it was worth driving so many hours to get there. My 3 children and I really enjoyed this beautiful place.

Everything was clean and inviting. We did have to request a room change bc the room we were assigned did not have a nice view(roof of indoor pool) so we had to go for queen beds instead of king
When we pulled the blanket off one bed the bottom sheet had a 3inch tare in the sheet and the top sheet had holes in it. The towels seemed a little dingy but clean. For a resort the linens were not the quality I expected. Also the sliding bathroom door would not stay shut(room 303)

The Setting! The Lobby.
Menu handed out at front desk for Brassies doesn’t match the actual menu downstairs. There is a significant disappointing cancellation of prior items. This is not my first stay at Brasstown Resort. David, Lobby Bartender is excellent! He is a significant asset and has been for several years to your Resort. The Bartender in Brassies (Man from Hawaii) is poor in his drink making and behavior to clients! Brassies menu needs to be enlarged back to what it used to be and it needs to be open later. Midnight with food until Eleven!

The atmosphere of the location is amazing. The massive fireplace creates a vibe immediately on entrance that is stunning.
The rooms seem like they could use a little bit of update/maintainance - such as paint and scuff touch-ups. Right now it seems a tad dingy. Also the bathtub drain was slow and started to back up which is gross. There was also no vent fan in the bathroom. It just seems for the amount that I paid for one night these things would be a non issue.

Beautiful property, golf was outstanding, dining room great, pool & workout room well maintained & comfortable, nice hiking trails, big fireplace with cozy couches. corn hole, pool table &!ping pong table was a nice touch
The rooms need upgrading, mattresses need upgrading. Towels are dingy. The housekeeping seems understaffed resulting in things like a Dirty shower when we arrived, housekeeping missed cleaning our room the first day, second day we had to go to management to get it cleaned. Hard time getting room keys that worked, we had to put a service order in.

The overall resort and location was great. Room appearance and size left something to be desired (it was musky smelling). When taking price into consideration, the value was mediocre.
Expected more for price. Resort needs to update the look of the rooms which is dated. Breakfast buffet was okay but for Covid times, we expected to order a la carte. Buffet not included in high room price. A text for coffee pods that the maid failed to refill was answered - but left unfulfilled (we picked up ourselves).

Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff are very friendly. I love the dining room atmosphere. The resort grounds are well maintained and easy to navigate.
The shower/bathtub creaked every time you moved and the toilet was very loud when you flushed it. The only other negative was the neighbors, they were very loud at night and not very considerate at what time it was.

Mountain View’s, fire in the huge lobby fireplace, Christmas decorations throughout lodge, very nice restaurant and Sports Bar.
Spa is not open every day. you have to make reservations for spa services before you book the room.

Location..service people very helpful..good food.
Costs are very high...very good place to stay but a 3-4 day stay is not worth $ 860+ dollars.. + they charge you for everything..example a tv movie to rent is over 20$..

Secluded and peaceful, yet in a great location close to great hikes and other popular destinations. Very tasteful, clean, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved that they even had a stable. Did a lovely horse back riding trail ride.
