The Staff and of course the GM were very friendly. Some Trouble with the Language from the Staff but there were always People to translate. The Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Pool was very nice too.

We loved it all. My Grandchildren from Germany were very excited about the Rooms and all the other Things.

The room was partially updated and seemed very clean.

The breakfast area was packed with people. The area and set up did not seem to be large enough. About half of the food was gone by the time we got there about 30 minutes after it opened. There was no hot tub like the pictures advertised.

Our check in experience was very pleasant and it was nice because we just finished an all day drive there. Everyone else was great, smiling and courteous. In our room, I, as a woman, loved the lighting over the sink/vanity area. It was perfect for applying make-up. Too often, at many hotel chains, vanity area lighting is weak or just plain too dark for trying get ready to go out.

Main concern is the broken safety lock that keeps the door from being opened all the way. The deadbolt worked but I prefer to have the added protection at night while I'm asleep.

the room had a stand up shower and the mat was dirty , didn’t look like it had been cleaned nor did the shower itself but everything else was perfect , the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet to be full

The property was fine. They are renovating it so that’s nice. But what I was suppose to have for a room was not even available. Booking said for a 2 bed room with a hot tub. There was no such room so what I got was a 2 bed room no hot tub. I was disappointed. Please don’t advertise something that isn’t there. And no way of getting ahold of booking. The property guy said it was unfortunate that it was a 3rd party booking and that he could not do anything about it.

they took the mini frigerators out and the microwaves out of the rooms. now I have to go out all the time. when before I could just keep my stuff in the frig. I’m a diabetic

The location to food and stores. Convenience to the Interstate and local highways.

The desk clerk out cursed a sailor and continually smoked pot. You could smell the pot the minute you entered the building thru either door. All evening and at night. The minute you stepped off the elevator the ordor met you. It was exceptionally strong when you walked into the lobby to the counter.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast Buffet was excellent. Overall the best hotel that we stayed in during our travels.

The location of the sink right in front of the entrance door was awkward. You tend to run into people using the sink when you enter the room. Other than that, the room was fine and comfortable.

No microwave or refrigerator in rooms. My fiancé takes insulin that has to be refrigerated. We had to use ice and a cooler for storage
