The room was spacious and comfortable. Annette (?) at the front desk was very helpful and generally a delightful person. She really made our stay feel special just with her warmth. The proximity to the Aquarium made it possible to keep the car parked during our stay—we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Sadly Harborplace is in a transitional period; so many businesses were shuttered. I truly hope that the excitement of the area returns to the level we enjoyed in the 80’s and 90’s.

Electrical plug outlets could have been better…plugs on BOTH sides of the bed.

The room itself was great, very clean, harbor view was great. The staff was very friendly. The pool, hot tub and other fitness amenities were nice.

The availability of extra towels and pillows were a little lacking. The pillows on the beds weren't supportive, and the extra pillows were like half pillows. The street racing in the evening outside of the hotel was a little annoying. Wish there was more of a police presence to deter the late-night racing especially when we had early morning meetings to attend. Avoided dining in the restaurant because the attached bar/lounge was so loud. Hot tub needed cleaned.

We loved everything about this place! The doorman was very nice and my 1 year old made quick friends with him! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was a little confusing. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable! The bathroom is spacious and clean also! Even though breakfast wasn't included, we ate at the on-site cafe, and it was delicious! Priced just right, too! The coffee was just as good and the server in the cafe was also very friendly! The bartender was just as nice and talkative! The pool was very clean and warm. It's a little odd that it didn't have a shallow part to it, though. I can't recommend this place enough!! We will definitely be back!!

This was our second stay - both times as overnight lodging after attending a Baltimore Orioles game. The Sonesta has a great location (upgrade to a Habor view room!!) with many attractions being walkable. Room are comfortable and the beds luxurious. We will stay again. The staff was accommodating and the doormen and parking staff exceptional!

The only thing preventing me from rating are stay as a 10 was the delay in getting into our rooms. The gates to our baseball game opened at 5:15 due to a promotion night. Despite telling us our room would be ready at 4pm they still werent ready until after 5pm when we needed to depart for our game. this meant having to check in after the game when kids were cranky and adults tired. The explanation given for the delay was theyneeded to clkwean the rooms after people checked out ???? You mean like always?

Location was great. The valet at the door (Tony) was awesome when we first arrived made us feel welcome and safe. He even helped us to the room with our luggage and kept it safe until the room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool even though it was on the smaller side

Not enough towels at the pool, hot tub was cloudy. We arrived 40 mins early for check in and were turned away without much direction. Were told to “come back later” was a little turn off by that. Also not clear about the restaurant hours or what they serve. Housekeeping only if you ask we ran out of toilet paper and cups for coffee. No microwave was a bummer too. Valet was expensive but easy.

Welcoming attentive staff. Hotel is in ideal location near the Harbour. Short distance by taxi to Train Station. Guest parking. Staff are friendly and efficient. Especially Jocelyn on Front Desk and Kevin in the Restraunt. Comfortable beds in luxury spacious rooms, the Pillows are excellent. So so comfy. Dissapointed there was no hot water on the morning of checkout. Gentleman at front desk explained the hot water boiler was down, would have been more acceptable if we were notified early in the morning while we were still in room. Looking forward to returning on our next business trip to Baltimore if they guarantee hot water in bathroom.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Beds were super comfy and doorman James was a treasure.

Reception staff. No eye contact, no smile (more like a grimace), no how has your day been, no did you enjoy your stay at the end….. Waited in line for about 10mins to check in with only one couple in front of us and two receptionists. Apparently they were having computer issues and going into the back room for long periods of time. But only found this out when I asked as to why it was taking them so long to see if they had an available for me or not (we were not checking in early). Having said that, we did get a room upgrade and they allowed us to check out at 11.30am instead of 11am.

When checking in the morning lady @ the desk was so wonderful. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday. She upgraded our room to a bigger room. And when we were out came back to a cake that she had sent up and also called to make sure she was enjoying her birthday. Awesome!! The hotel is so clean and beautiful. We had a room with the harbor view and it was beautiful. We had something to eat late at the restaurant and was very good. Hot tub was very clean. Would definitely come back. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing everything was awesome

I loved he ambiance of the hotel. The room was nice. The jacuzzi was amazing. The food and drinks at the restaurant, Explorers, was good. The location was great! i didn't realize it was so close to the harbor, where we could've sat and my kids played by the water.

The indoor pool was 5ft all around. That was an issue for my small son who could not swim. I had to put him on my back so he could enjoy the pool. But he made due with the jacuzzi. The restaurant looked cluttered due to inventory items being present in the dining area. Chairs are not big people friendly.

Location was great, getting the harbor view was worth every penny! Room & hotel as a whole was very clean. My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi!

Not having food options in the hotel was probably the only downside. We stayed Mon-Thurs and would have liked to just eat at the hotel a couple nights. No breakfast, room service or bar was a negative for sure. Plenty of options within walking distance and doordash was available.
