The staff were amazing & the room was lovely, luxurious and incredibly comfortable! We got engaged during our stay and the hotel staff appeared to be just as excited as us and helped us celebrate with wine & congratulations!!

Not a problem but just to be aware - due to the building being older, the wifi didn’t reach our room. This was only an issue as we’re international visitors so it was a little harder to get service.

Breakfast was ok

At breakfast we asked for a booth. We were seated at a table in the middle of the room and told that booths were reserved for 4 people. Several booths remained empty the entire time that we were eating. Did not return to the dining room for another meal during our stay.

Beds were very comfortable.

When I tried to check out, I was told there was no receipt because I did not owe anything. It was confusing. No one contacted me to clear up the misunderstanding. I called back and checkout person still was unable to talk to me about the confusion. She did send me my charges by email. I also had two pending charges.

Wasn’t sure at the time of booking if this would be the best place or not, but turned out to be a great location, very quiet, and easy walking distance to everywhere in Santa Fe. Very close to the train station, Georgia O’Keeffe museum and Iconik coffeehouse which had the best breakfast! Well not a super charming boutique hotel it’s still had great Santa Fe stale and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Also discovered great new tap room with cocktails around the corner serving pizza from next-door.

The only downside was the attached restaurant/bar Oritz was not open very frequently nor is breakfast included. Staff did not mention this to us but they do serve breakfast to hotel guests for $12-16 and regular restaurant/bar opens from 4-10 PM daily for dinner only.

this is a beautiful, convenient, clean & lovely place , is pet friendly, & is close to town and all of Sante Fe. There is a lovely lobby with fireplace & water & cookies ! It also has a nice, large bathroom. They also have a nice restaurant & I could order take out & go & bring back to my room to relax.

Need more towel racks.

We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The lobby is really nice with the fireplace. The location is great, easy to walk to restaurants ,stores and historical sites.

The elevator in are corner was not working all the time .was no big deal we just use the other one at the end of the hall. Minor inconvenience

Location was great. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings.

We had an issue when checking in. They were going to refuse a package deal. A manager, Peter, resolved the issue.

The staff went out of their way to fix issues with our booking

Our booking through Booking.com got completely messed up; not only were our two rooms listed as just one. We were able to fix things, but it was not easy. Ultimately, the hotel told us that the fault lay with Booking.com which did not forward a two-room reservation to begin with.

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the heart of Santa Fe.

No microwave in the room. Breakfast is an extra $20+. Parking is an extra $22/day.

Breakfast was good but expensive. Full breakfast about $20. Pp but continental $10. Pp many other hotels in Santa Fe include breakfast but not this hotel.

Parking cost $22 per day which is high. Most other inn we have stayed at there for not charge for parking.
