The bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable bedding I think I have ever experienced in my life. The room and property were clean and the staff were very attentive and professional.

I hate to mention something so minor, but the bath towels were really rough and scratchy, poor quality. With such wonderful bedding and everything else being perfect, I was surprised at this and disappointed. For the price of a room here, even the bath towels should be luxurious.

The restaurant is the one blemish on this hotel. Small menu, uninteresting, not what one would expect from a Rosewood property. This has been the case for a long time, however, so hoping they move on from their chef and bring culinary leadership to Santa Fe in the future.

The breakfast was excellent. The chef was flexible with dietary requests. Lunch was equally delicious and, oh my, the carrot cake was “new age” and out of this world - don’t expect your mother’s cake!

a little difficult getting around the bed to sort out central heating but really this is an outstanding hotel and a pleasure to stay in

The hotel was beautiful and very clean and the staff was exceptional! They took every opportunity to wow us with their service! Best overall hotel experience by far!

I loved the Decor , cleanliness and location. you really felt the southwestern charm in the details. the room was very spacious and comfortable. the location was wonderful, right in the heart of the city

the concierge was not very helpful at helping with restaurant/ activity reservations or even just recommendations so we had to figure everything out on our own.

Maria is the best . At reception she made me feel welcome at home and really goes out of her way to assist guests and is really a sweet person. All staff was wonderful and friendly. Only one old lady at reception was purposely being snobbish but then in US even luxury hotels have staff that are unknowingly racist unlike in Europe. Well I am a Asian Indian & female:) Overall the best hotel in Santa Fe with a lovely restaurant and I feel like already going back !

Shower head was big problem and wouldn’t stay secure, caused a difficult experience when all you needed was to just let it happen.

beautiful decor, personal touches in room for each family member, very comfortable furniture, very welcoming staff, cozy bar, beautiful library and exercise room!
