We liked everything. Let me start with the proximity to the city center. Leas than 10 min walking. Next, the hotel is just wow. So pretty, cozy and adorable. You do have a feeling of an old town building. Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Very quality with a nice aroma shampoo and shower gel. Nice modern feel with some twist of traditional touches. Amazing staff. And one of the best breakfast we were served during our 10 days road-trip in multiple states. Super recommended

Location! Walkable throughout the main attractions. Great value for your money. Friendly and helpful staff providing suggestions on sites and restaurants.

As this is an older inn, the rooms are dated and the bathroom is very small.

Loved everything about this place. The location was only 2 blocks from the main shopping area. I was able to park my car and go everywhere on foot. The innkeeper Sam was great. The morning spread of coffee and packaged snacks was a nice touch. The room was pristine and had most necessary comforts. It was a great value and I will definitely stay again.

I brought a handful of snacks with me from Whole Foods. I would have appreciated an in room microwave for leftovers. But I just ordered minfully and tried not to order too much. Also, I'm not a fan of instant coffee so the lack of an in room coffee maker was a bummer. Although I missed these amenities, it was still a perfect experience. Gorgeous property and delightful hosts.

The rooms are cute kitchenettes. They are remodeled from adobe buildings that were built in the 1800's. The rooms are spacious, clean, with plenty of towels and hot water. The property is within 1 mile walking distance from just about everything in Santa Fe except Canyon Road. The property is far enough away to be quiet without tourist noise. It is 2 minutes away from the Capitol building and there is a really nice brewery across the street. The staff was always smiling and on top of your needs. They helped us with a late check in. There is free parking onsite.

There are only minor things I would change. It would be nice to have brewed Decaf coffee instead of instant. Breakfast really is minimal. You know that going in, probably because the units have kitchens. Parking works great if you have small SUV's or cars. It would be tight for big trucks. No RV type vehicle would fit at all and would probably get stuck.

Beautiful property with lots of privacy. Loved the furnishings and it was nice not to have to deal with a key. Appreciated having parking on the property and having the building with the front desk located nearby with free coffee in the mornings! Loved having the warm air blowing in our living area since it was cold outside. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom which was great. Beautiful lighting at night and lots of natural light during the day.

The wooden floors creaked loudly which made me worry I was disturbing my partner when I got up in the middle of the night. And the bed was just too soft for both of us. However, I know that's a personal preference thing. Had a few issues with not being able to turn off the water completely after a shower but the friendly lady at the front desk had it checked while we were out and we were able to figure it out afterwards.

I absolutely loved my room and stay at Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe! The building is adorable with lots of outdoor seating and beautiful lighting at night. The location is top notch, as is the check-in experience. I was only there for 2 nights so never took advantage of the breakfast but can only imagine it was a delight as well. I did grab some coffee, water and fig bars when I arrived. A very nice and appreciated touch! My room was super spacious, very clean and decorated perfectly. The split unit was perfect for controlling the temp the way I wanted it. I never used the kiva or fireplace, but I loved that it was an option. The staff were exceptionally nice. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The design and decor, cleanliness and convenience.

It was an awesome stay with a very close location to the Santa Fe center. The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, well designed and had everything we needed. There was an option for a fireplace too, but we didn't use. There is no breakfast, but there are some complimentary coffee and snacks. It is at the walking distance to the center if you don't want to go there by car and pay for parking. There is also a local brewery just behind the hotel if you want to stay around.

I loved it all. My only regret is not staying there more than one night. We should have skipped ABQ to come here directly.

Really beautiful, comfortable, funky rooms. Loved the vibe and decor. Bed was INCREDIBLE!!! Sheets and comforter and sheets were also amazing and the fireplace was the cherry on top. Lobby was beautiful as well. Loved Buddy the house dog even though he wasn't so fond of me 😂

It would be nice to have the lobby open all night. It was such a cool place to hang out, but it closed at 5:00 which is so early, most people are still out on their adventures . It would have been really cool to sit down and play a game of chess or have a cup of tea with another traveler and have a chat into the evening. That was the only part that was a bummer and seemed like a wasted opportunity.

This was a beautiful old Adobe building from the 1700s, but they did a great job fixing it up and the rooms were really spacious. There is a fire we lit when we came in although it cost $15 that we found out later, but it was really cozy and liked the rooms a lot.

For some reason, I thought it was a bed-and-breakfast so they although they offered coffee and tea, The coffee was not real great. They offered snacks which are subpar. They could have had some muffins or baked goods, but they just had low quality snacks, which I found annoying as that was not any kind of breakfast.

History of building. Seating areas outside of room on property. Bed and sheets were comfortable. Architecture and construction. Staff was positive and helpful.

The showerhead, it should be detachable nowadays. Water heaters “cannot” be updated because of infrastructure, so water is not hot for long and next roomate must wait. The bathroom is quite an echo chamber and loud and the door does not create a good seal and you can hear everything. The tv wall mounts could be on a swivel. The stand alone chairs at the desks are so loud to slide, they need cushions at the bottom of the feet.
