The location is superb for attending Santa Fe Opera. When you are driving back late at night, you are tired and it is very dark around the opera house. To have such a short drive to your hotel really makes a difference. The staff works hard to be friendly and helpful.

Most hotels in this price range offer a mini-fridge and/or a microwave in the room. That would be a desirable upgrade. In addition, even a skimpy continental breakfast would be an improvement over no breakfast. The hotel is not walkable to any restaurants.

Just got back from a recent stay. Beautiful scenery throughout the property. Check in was easy and our little one was given coloring pages and crayons. The resort was well manicured We admired all of the flowers in bloom. The pool had adequate comfy seating with loungers and also tables and chairs. 2 adult beverages per day was a nice touch. Also, nice to see it Beautifully lit up at night. Would definitely recommend for couples and families to stay.

Be careful of the loose gravel around the pool that didn’t feel to pleasant on the feet!

The location…..nice views since we were a little out of downtown. Easy parking (free). Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast is not offered but we could get complimentary cereal bars. An adult beverage was also offered in the evening.

Poor lighting in the room. We had 2 lamps and one ceiling light that hardly gave any light. An effort could be made especially in rooms that are a little below the street level. The TV was old and the picture was disappointing.

The staff was great! Pool was very well maintained, location was close to downtown and great restaurants, bed was very comfortable with perfect pillows.

The doors are spring loaded through out our floor. Starting at 6:30am the doors would slam. Had to to put a pillow over my head but could still hear slamming of doors. So if you like to sleep in on your vacation this probably ain’t the place.

The facilities were gorgeous. The manager and the front desk person were very helpful when we encountered a problem with our bill. Also they recommended some great places for us to check out on our stay.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also we were very disappointed the restaurant wasn't open. Once we come back from a day of siteseeing, we don't like to drive to go out for dinner.

the inn was very comfortable, the people were very helpful. great service. all in all, a very good experience

the bathroom amenities, (shower gel) just didn't work. the phone didn't work either. reported both of these, the gel was 'fixed', but still didn't work. also, the pool and spa were not available for most of our stay due to actions by previous guests (vandalism) that made these services off limits (glass breakage, pool vandalism). we don't blame the inn for the problem, however it was one of the reasons i booked this facility. i would have thought that the daily service fee for amenities would have been reduced due to the unavailability of pool/spa. also, the drinks that were made available were not really something that was pleasant. would have been better to not have them at all.

it was in a great location for my purposes

the clerks seemed a bit confused. I got a king room instead of the two bed room I reserved. later that night when I returned to my room the key would not work and I went to get it rekeyed the clerk wanted to know who checked me in. when I eventually got to my room it was obvious someone had been in the room and I believe the befuddled clerk when I checked in actually gave me the wrong room

It had nice views. Next time we might try a suite. The grounds were manicured nicely. The staff was very helpful. When we checked in we were give a sheet with local restaurants and things to do nearby. Also when we got home we realized we had left a bag there. I called and they said they would get it sent to us.

On Booking.com it said there was a restaurant but when we got there we found out that they hadn’t had one for over 2 years. Our toilet made weird sounds…

Room was nice. My daughter loved the bed and pillows. Parking was easy and it was nice and quiet at night. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was a little outdated. The bricks on the balcony were very loose and scary to walk on. And the door to the balcony needed to be replaced. Same with the armoire very old and outdated.

This spot was welcoming from the opening of the door, straight through the entire stay! Helpful front desk with very open hearted and graceful style... The room itself felt good and we loved the balcony as well as the little walk across to the very refreshing pool. Thanks for all of this!
