Dawne did an excellent job of trying to go out of her way to help us.

It was clean and staff very friendly. Location was great.

Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet paper holder comes out of the wall when you pull toilet paper, toilet rocking, and the seat was loose.

hot tub in pool area has been broken for months and still isn’t fixed. a lot of things in our room didn’t work, the telephone, alarm clock and light/fan in the bathroom didnt work. when I told the front desk the answer was yes he is aware he is getting ready for a remodel. also at 8:30 in the morning someone, I am going to assume housekeeping, hit the door once and then opened the door and came in and my husband yelled hello and they closed the door.

The entire staff from the desk clerk to the cleaning staff and even the gal that prepared and took care of the continental breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. It was noticeable how much they pay attention and make sure everything is extremely clean and orderly.

Bathroom door was out of alignment and therefore squeaked loudly when opening and closing. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work properly.

Everything!! The staff was very curtious and helpful!!! The hotel was the best hotel that I have stayed in , in a long time. clean and the room was exceptional and very clean. The staff was wonderful and took care of any needs I had!! I could not have asked for a better stay!!! If I go that way again, I will book there!!!

Staff was very friendly and location was good. Grab and go breakfast was fine with us but some may not like it.

Bathroom was very tight. My husband is a large person and he had problems trying to close the door when he was in there. Beds were soft, but we're used to a firm mattress.

Was a very comfortable bed. Ample parking. Convenient location.

The safety latch was broken on the inside of my door. The inside of the door looked like someone had attacked it with a paint scrapper (i.e. damaged). The heat lamp light in the bathroom was permanently “on” because the timer dial inner mechanics has been “sprung” and was stuck (not an off-on switch). Also, the exterior of my door flashed “red” instead of “green” with my key card: front desk folks said the battery was low.

I thought I was booking a place with a hot breakfast. I will have to be more careful in future. Otherwise the hotel was adequate for a night's stay.

No hot breakfast in the morning and the pool, while looking sparkling clean and inviting, was at the front desk where every guest coming in could watch you. No thanks. We didn't swim.

The room was very spacious and clean. The recent updates were great. I liked the separate sitting area with the mini fridge and microwave. The jacuzzi was nice as well. There was a balcony to overlook the pool. Cool

There was no light by the entry way to the room. And the tub was having trouble draining because the lever would not stay down. I don’t think they have very many rooms with these upgrades and I would not want any other room
