The breakfast was fine. The hotel location was excellent - we were able to walk down to the Mill Section and stop at breweries on the way.

The pool was a little cool for us and our grandson - 5 degrees warmer we would have used it more. OUr room was on the first floor and we were very comfortable until someone was put in the room above us. There is not enough insulation between floors, everytime the toilet was flushed upstairs, or the closet or bathroom door opened or closed, we found it to be very loud.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. And if you think about it, that is where you spend most of your hotel time, so well done. Lovely decor, great views and very quiet. For the room rate charged, value for money was exceptional.

Ideally, the breakfast self - serve area would be bigger and have more choice. Being charged $30 to check in earlier than 4pm, even though the room was ready to go. Felt gouged by that.

Amenities, amenities, amenities. The property was spotless, the bed was luxurious, the location was great and out of the way of load of traffic, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

If I had to pick one thing, I’d say that the pool area was stuffy and hot. But the pool temperature itself was perfection.

Loved the property. Check is was great got in late around 9pm. Friendly desk agent. Room was nice, clean well appointed. Everything worked no issues during our stay.

Forgot our key Saturday early evening. Desk agente was busy on cell phone and gave us the perception that we were bothering him. It may have been because the gal before was clearly trying to hit on him. 😊 anyway, other than that one little blip for a Best Western we were very impressed. (This from a former Revenue Manager at PDX hotel). Thank you.

Clean and new. Adorable decor.

Front desk staff may have been new to hospitality industry or maybe understaffed. We had our daughters listed on our reservation and the sofa bed was not made up nor was bedding provided for it. When requested we were asked to go down and get it ourselves. Which is fine, but not for the rates rooms are going for these days.

The hotel is pretty new with very modern architecture. Use high technology for check in and check out. The stuff is sending regularly emails to customers for easy checking .

Breakfast in BW is usually rich and delicious. Not at this location. Not a variety of choices. Poor breakfast.

Location was great, parking was easy and safe, front desk was very helpful

Hot tub was cold. Had to wait for it to heat up. Was told that people hit the emergency button and it turns off by accident. My thought was that maybe the front desk should be alerted to that when it happens, so they can turn it back on for your other guests. Instead of waiting for someone to get in and complain about the lack of heat, then having to wait.

Good hot breakfast, 2 luggage racks instead of just 1 (or none), hooks on wall outside of shower to hang shower caddy, great room layout, charging on both side tables (both on lamp and on front of side table), fairly priced, got a room upgrade for free, excellent location, easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Bike storage room was great to have and was one of the main reasons I chose your establishment because we were on a mountain biking trip. Someone was always available to open the bike storage room. There was a hose available to wash off our bikes after our rides which was great. Our room was nice. The shower was very nice, but the "body wash" container was not filled so I was able to get another bar of soap from the front desk. The coffee was good and available during the breakfast. I asked for a room on the ground floor and I was given one on the ground floor which I appreciated. The front desk checked me in early which was very nice of them.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, the potatoes were soggy, and no bacon was served. For a "Premier" Best Western that cost over $400/night, I guess my expectations were high and thus were not met, so that was on me.

Clean and room was nice.

We stay there because it had a on-site restaurant but weren't told the restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays. After driving for 8 to 9 hours the last thing you want to do after checking in is to get back in a car and find a restaurant in a strange town.
