The breakfast was fine. The hotel location was excellent - we were able to walk down to the Mill Section and stop at breweries on the way.

The pool was a little cool for us and our grandson - 5 degrees warmer we would have used it more. OUr room was on the first floor and we were very comfortable until someone was put in the room above us. There is not enough insulation between floors, everytime the toilet was flushed upstairs, or the closet or bathroom door opened or closed, we found it to be very loud.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. And if you think about it, that is where you spend most of your hotel time, so well done. Lovely decor, great views and very quiet. For the room rate charged, value for money was exceptional.

Ideally, the breakfast self - serve area would be bigger and have more choice. Being charged $30 to check in earlier than 4pm, even though the room was ready to go. Felt gouged by that.

Loved the property. Check is was great got in late around 9pm. Friendly desk agent. Room was nice, clean well appointed. Everything worked no issues during our stay.

Forgot our key Saturday early evening. Desk agente was busy on cell phone and gave us the perception that we were bothering him. It may have been because the gal before was clearly trying to hit on him. 😊 anyway, other than that one little blip for a Best Western we were very impressed. (This from a former Revenue Manager at PDX hotel). Thank you.

Amenities, amenities, amenities. The property was spotless, the bed was luxurious, the location was great and out of the way of load of traffic, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

If I had to pick one thing, I’d say that the pool area was stuffy and hot. But the pool temperature itself was perfection.

Front desk staff may have been new to hospitality industry or maybe understaffed. We had our daughters listed on our reservation and the sofa bed was not made up nor was bedding provided for it. When requested we were asked to go down and get it ourselves. Which is fine, but not for the rates rooms are going for these days.

Bike storage room was great to have and was one of the main reasons I chose your establishment because we were on a mountain biking trip. Someone was always available to open the bike storage room. There was a hose available to wash off our bikes after our rides which was great. Our room was nice. The shower was very nice, but the "body wash" container was not filled so I was able to get another bar of soap from the front desk. The coffee was good and available during the breakfast. I asked for a room on the ground floor and I was given one on the ground floor which I appreciated. The front desk checked me in early which was very nice of them.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, the potatoes were soggy, and no bacon was served. For a "Premier" Best Western that cost over $400/night, I guess my expectations were high and thus were not met, so that was on me.

Location was great, parking was easy and safe, front desk was very helpful

Hot tub was cold. Had to wait for it to heat up. Was told that people hit the emergency button and it turns off by accident. My thought was that maybe the front desk should be alerted to that when it happens, so they can turn it back on for your other guests. Instead of waiting for someone to get in and complain about the lack of heat, then having to wait.

The hotel is pretty new with very modern architecture. Use high technology for check in and check out. The stuff is sending regularly emails to customers for easy checking .

Breakfast in BW is usually rich and delicious. Not at this location. Not a variety of choices. Poor breakfast.

The staff working the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel employee, Tasha, went over and beyond by driving about five blocks to lead us to the hotel when google was failing to get us turned around in the right direction.

Telephone driving directions from the front desk earlier in the day took us entirely in the wrong direction from downtown. Whoever gave us the directions apparently did not realize that Bond Street is a one way street going the wrong direction. We should have been directed onto Wall Street to get to the hotel much more easily.

Very nicely appointed, great beds. Very clean, room and public areas. Great pizza pub connected to the hotel lobby. Very safe and beautiful location. Everything looks brand new. Would stay there again in a minute.

I needed to change my arrival date and I called, texted and emailed them three times each. They never called or text me back, finally the next day I called again and they finally answered and changed the date for me. At the time I said I wouldn’t stay there again but it was so nice when we arrived I absolutely will go back again.
