The staff was extremely accommodating to my needs, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had varied items including eggs and sausage, cereals, and bagels. Coffee, creamers and milk were always available. For my special dietary needs, it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Nice TV and varied programs, including a couple of movie channels. It was only 4 miles to my daughter's apartment, and definitely the best option for a return visit.

Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The king suite had a loveseat which as older folk, we loved, didn't have to always be sitting on the bed. Fridge, No freezer in fridge but great for restaurant leftovers, soda, water and microwave. We found it to be extremely quiet! Would definitely stay again.

My only con was a small one. No shelf in closet and no drawers under sink. With no shelf in closet the iron was under the sink, also hair dryer was under sink which left little room for us women's toiletries and incidentals due to no drawers in sink area.

I loved the breakfast. They had a wide selection. The towels were excellent. They were soft and fluffy. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. I had a great time despite the small annoyances.

There isn’t any food around close by where you can walk to because there are no sidewalks anywhere nearby. I had to have food delivered each time which was not great. Also, there were no instructions given as to how to get there by bus from the airport. I had to figure it out on my own. When I called the front desk they said that all they knew is that the 51 bus is the one to take to get there. But they couldn’t tell me what bus to take from the airport to grab the 51.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. The room was very clean. The location was also good for us being close to where my family lives. For the price, it was a good place to stay with a very nice breakfast. I will most likely stay there next time I visit.

The room was on the small side. The hallways were worn looking and could use some updating. The hallway did get a little noisy on a Saturday night but that was because someone took a phone call in the hallway outside our room. I slept through it but it woke my boyfriend up.

I didn't have breakfast during our stay, but my husband said the eggs were much better than the usual "included" breakfast. The room was spotless, bed and pillows ultra comfortable. Hamid, the desk clerk, was very pleasant, answered calls quickly, went out of his way to make sure extra items were supplied, like coffee packets, supplied recommendations for delivery of dinner, and was very quick to answer all calls. We have stayed at similarly priced hotels and always encountered excessive noise. The room was very quiet, despite some noise in the hall. I would definitely stay here again.

The room had an extremely small bathroom with the sink in a recessed area as you enter. Didn't bother me, as I am a small person, but my husband found it to be "cramped". However, we had a large King sized bed that took up a lot of room. He checked out the rooms with 2 smalled beds and they appeared to have more floor space to move around. TV reception was pretty poor quality. No restaurants nearby, and no snacks available.

The elevator needs to be fixed…going from the first floor you get on the second floor…the elevator jerks really bad when starting going up…needs a maintenance guy to check out elevator…

Ahmed at the front desk was amazing! He was kind and friendly and always had a smile on his face. Our flights were canceled two times and they were very accommodating in getting our rooms extended. The GM Jenn was very kind and professional. The rooms were newly remodeled and clean and the beds were comfortable! I recommend this hotel 1000% and will be staying here again.

Breakfast was good. They had old fashioned oatmeal. Overall we thought the staff was friendly and the woman who was on duty during breakfast was very observant as to what needed to be refilled etc. Before there wasn't anyone who did that. For us the location is good. It's quiet, clean and convenient and that is what we want when we are in that area.

There wasn't much we disliked.

Room was nice. Bathroom shower area small. Shower curtain did not stay in place. Did not participate in breakfast. Counters sticky, not much left when we got there. Social distancing non existent in dining room. Fridge in room froze drinks. Elevator was loud and old

Hamad was phenomanal, he was pleasant, he was helpful, he was very friendly. Our stay was good, he made it exceptionally better, to walk in and see his smile, made our day. Thank you Hamad. We will be back, and hope to see you again.

The door to our room kept sticking, had to slam it to make sure it was closed.
