Central location, easy access to where I needed to be. Very comfy beds and pillows were a definite bonus. Also very clean and tidy.

At nighttime I didn’t feel safe. I had young youths follow me up to my executive floor that had swipe card entry. On the weekend, I was woken several times by people talking very loudly in the hallways at 2am and door knocking, trying to enter rooms by violently trying to open the door handles, and running up and down the halls. Wasn’t the most pleasant experience.

check in was fast. The room has a lovely view of the city. The room was very clean. We had a cocktail at the bar, also very nice. The bartender put on the sports event we wanted to see. We were there to see a musical at the Pavilion. It was an easy walk from the hotel. Lots of good shops, restaurants and bars downtown. Plenty to do before our event.

We have no complaints.

The size of our room was spectacular. We had a suite which provided plenty of space for our group. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The bar and restaurant makes for a nice place to hang out while the kids swim. The downtown location provides ease for enjoying time visiting anything you might want to do on a weekend visit.

Clean, comfortable beds, great view, balcony, delicious breakfast, great bathroom set up with shelves and the soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, set up was fabulous. Dog friendly.

Shower head too low. My husband is only 5'11"or 5'10". Crack in ceiling. Not gross looking, just obvious, though we didn't seem to notice until the next morning.They were remodeling in numerous places. Outside area for dogs was small or non existent. Toilet seat was very hard.A few areas on or near the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure what it was.

Didnt get breakfast because it was $25 thats nuts. The location was great you could walk downtown and have a couple of cocktails and not have to drive. I appreicated the $5 off drink coupon but we still had to pay $10 for our drinks!!

It would have been nice to have had the breakfst buffet but at $25 that was nuts!

Soothing staff took us in after we were bumped from a neighboring property. Nice, large room with a balcony-elegant and calming.

Since it was last minute, it was more than we intended to spend and did not include breakfast. To be fair, that was not their fault and we were grateful to find a convenient spot.

I had a very good Sunday brunch there.

I left my car unlocked in the parking garage, which I never do, but had my hands full of luggage. I forgot about it and when I returned, my car had been gone through. The thieves were thorough, went through glove box, console, etc. They did not take anything, not even expensive gifts I had purchased for my granddaughters. They were obviously looking for guns or money. I didn't report it because it was my fault and nothing was stolen. I'm wondering if the facility has cameras and if any of the guests reported this on Sept. 10, 2022.

The beds and restaurant.

Loud at night. The day we checked out the front desk, employees practically ignored us when my husband informed them we were checking out. They stared at us like we was talking a foreign language. I finally had to say hello excuse me. Then we snapped out of their rudeness. The younger crew there Friday and Saturday was great.

Pretty large room with a beautiful city view. Nice and comfortable bed. Amazing and fresh prepared breakfast. Plenty of parking on ramp behind hotel. Perfectly situated in downtown Sioux Falls. Friendly staff.

I like the place overall.

I got there at 3:40 but I had to wait 40+ mins because my room wasn't ready yet. And since it's a connecting room, I can hear the people in the rooms beside me and they were pretty loud.
