I loved how close this location is to everything. I also loved the staff. They will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Very nice. Loved the view from our room.

There wasn’t much about the property that I didn’t like. The rooms are a tiny outdated. Our sink was chipped and broken in places. There wasn’t enough lights in the bedroom area a little dark in there after the sun went down. Also wish there had been a small table On the balcony our room didn’t have one.

Room was nice.great view.. Maddie at front desk was extremely helpful

Pricey....$496 for a dble queen for two nights was a bit much

Got to see fred the black bear that often visits river terrace. First night he tried to climb into the bed of my truck while we just watched. Location was good for what we did.

What we didnt like was how gatlinburg has bumped their prices on things. Parking is $20 24hrs or $2 an hour. Has nothing to do with river terrace. Though the free breakfast is ridiculous. Yogurt and a muffin. They had nothing i would eat. But we ate out each morning anyway.

Location was great!

Property needs some updating. We stayed for 4 nights and never saw a maid, did not mind not having bed changed but would have liked to have garbage removed. Had to go to lobby for clean towels everyday. She told us to leave dirty outside door and we would get clean ones but did not. Having a restaurant onsite would have been nice especially for breakfast.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get in and out to walk to the strip or go shopping. Short walk to many restaurants and entertainment spots.

Toilet continued to run all the time. Had to wiggle the handle and then sometimes that didn't stop it. Ice maker at my building (5) and building beside up did not work. Only ice makers that worked were in building (2) and the main lobby.

Stayed in room 2116 and loved being right on the river with a view of the main street but not directly on it so we could hear the sounds but not be annoyed! The staff was very accommodating and met any request in a timely fashion. We'll highly recommend this hotel.

The grab & go breakfast was poor offerings. We would like better choices or additional offerings.

The Hotel location is exceptional…right in Gatlinburg! Very economical, considering the ideal location. The staff were great! The bed was very, very comfortable and the pillows were probably the best I have ever slept on in a hotel! Good shower and comfortable bathroom. Lot of TV channels.

The room could have used one or two additional floor lamps. The lights for the bathroom and closet area were good, but the bedroom needs more light. I did not particularly like the old shades on the window…they were pretty dated…but it covered the window

Cassie at check in was EXCELLENT!! some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in Gatlinburg!! Very informative and helpful on the local area. We will stay here again because of Cassie.

The room was not what I expected. Fitted sheets on the bed were so undersized the drew the mattress up at the 4 corners!! We had our dog so I did not expect a brand new room but this room was not what I expected. Shower drain was VERY SLOW. Made showering a challenge. Again ALL of the staff members we met were very nice and friendly.

Love that this place is so close to everything!!! Love the creek side balcony! You can walk and have a drink and not worry about having to drive. Great for couples and families!! Plenty of parking; a little tight at times but never had issues finding a space. Have been staying here for years! Employees are always wonderful!!

First and last time on the second floor; the ramps are too steep. My suitcase about ran me over!! Also, seemed the water pressure upstairs was not up to par. The restaurant has been closed since COVID. A new one needs to set up in its place so vacationers have a place for a bite to eat if they don’t want to walk any. Wish they’d offer a complimentary breakfast.

Room was clean. The location was close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

The door card reader was faulty and we could not get our card to read several times. We contacted maintenance and they thought they had repaired the reader but it didn't wok again after we left our room. It finally worked after about 5 minutes of trying the card several times. We notified the front desk at checkout.
