The cleanliness. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were clouds. The shower was awesome. It was huge and had 3 different shower heads. The location is very convenient. It's right at the beginning of the strip, and Anakeesta is right across the street. The staff and environment are great as well. We tried extending the stay an extra night, but they were sold out for the next day. We'll definitely be staying here next time we get a hotel in The Smoky Mountains.

We were SO impressed with the resort from the moment we walked into the beautiful, spacious lobby. Our room was stunning, and housekeeping kept our room spotless during our stay. All the staff were so courteous, especially our favorite valet, "Moose!" The bar, pool areas, and adjacent spa were perfect amenities. Within walking distance to tons of great restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. Although we were there the week of July 4th (& apparently the resort was sold out) we never felt crowded and our stay was quiet & restful.

Having different options on one property was nice. The decor and vibe was beachy without being on the beach. All the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The spa was very relaxing, and inviting as soon as you walk through the door, making it very pleasant. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I would have liked to be different, was that there was another hot tub. There was only one, which I felt was not enough for the amount of guests at the resort. Also, maybe different pillows, but that is just a personal preference.

Loved the feel of the resort, great amenities; fire pit, pools, corn hole and the spa. Great location, easy to walk to everything. Had a nice breakfast in the cafe. Staff was friendly and birds were fun too!

We had a fire alarm go off at around 1:00 am. In the cold morning we all headed outside to see what happened. We saw police, the fire department and minimal staff. We waited to be informed as to what had happened?? We saw the police leave... people started heading back to their rooms but we were never informed about what happened or MOST IMPORTANT... we were never told it was safe to go back to our rooms. Not a good way to handle the situation.

The colors in decor, restaurant/bar choices, fancy lobby, gift shop, restrooms downstairs available, "berry" water available, comfortable bed and sitting area and bar area in room, balcony...location in town. Upgrade on room since it was our honeymoon! The big shower with 2 heads was awesome!

Attitude of spa employees (receptionist), difficulty in making apptmt (so gave up); room service did not come until 7:30 pm Mon night - we just needed some towels, soap... Tues bed linens were changed as noted, we got more towels and beauty items, but sink wasn't cleaned. The water from the bath sink sputtered and came on hard one minute, slack the next. The hand-held shower spray wand had been broken out of the wall of the shower.

The location of the property, free parking and the facilities were beautiful. They also made great margaritas and the food at the bar was also good. The room had an electric fireplace that was a nice bonus. The staff were all courteous and pleasant.

The hotel is lovely and I saw people cleaning the common areas of the hotel - lobby, bar, public bathrooms all the time but the rooms were not cleaned as well. The balcony and its furniture were dirty and the lights outside were on all night. There was a boat decoration in the room that looks like it was never dusted. The bathroom was clean though.

So beautiful, so nice. The lobby has beautiful parrots. It smells amazing. It's in a great location. The shower is humongous with 3 shower heads, including a rainfall shower head. They have everything you need and more. And it's Margaritaville so it only makes sense that they would have the best margarita I've ever had. My husband and I had to get one every night. The hot tub is huge and the indoor pool was so fun. Best place we've ever stayed at!

The only thing was I wish the hot tub had been hotter. We asked if it could be adjusted and they said no.

Experience was confortable in hotel areas. The only thing that we had a bad experience was our bathroom with a bathtub. I didn’t change to another room that had a shower because that one doesn’t have grab bars and the toilet hasn’t the size and the grab bars for disable people.

I ask for an accesible room and you gave us one but it had a bathtub. My husband and I had a total knee replacement so it was very difficult to get a bath in that room. We suggest that to change the bathtub for a shower and put all the grab bars on it. I had check other hotel rooms in the area and I think that yours will met my expectations but it hadn’t. Please consider this because disabled people also wanted to have a pleasant hotel experience.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was welcoming and efficient. The food at the restaurant was decent, although a little overpriced. The Landshark grill is adjacent to the property though and a good option for a quick meal. The hotel is located close to just about anything anyone would want to do in Gatlinburg. And, it's on it's own little "island"! In the mountains! The facilities are nice and there are two parrots in the lobby! The lobby furniture and outside on the patio is comfy and the fireplace and fire pits were going 24/7 (in March). The pools were nice. And, the best part? Jimmy Buffett music playing as soon as you step out of your room! What's not to love? Fins up!

The room we stayed in had this "wind tunnel" sound during two days when there were high winds of over 30 MPH........it was weird. Like being in a hurricane, but not really. It made our vacation a little more interesting though!
