The location and facilities were amazing. They had an amazing spa that was perfectly heated. The breakfast was great too. My family truly enjoyed our stay there.

The spa/pool area was on a strict timeframe 10am to 10pm. A clock in the area would be great. My husband and I left our phones in our rooms so they wouldn't get wet, and a staff member had to tell us to leave the area as it was past the time. Maybe consider extending the time a little later. On most nights we did not get back to the room until 9 after exploring the town.

It was the best bang for your buck in Gatlinburg! The facility was clean, in a quiet location still within walking distance from everything, the pool was fantastic and the hot tub was so relaxing! The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the staff was super kind.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that I couldn't stay longer lol it was truly awesome. It is not right on the strip if that matters but it was in a perfect location and I enjoyed it more because it didn't have all the noise from the strip.

We stayed almost a week so theres lots to say! The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had some booking issues and had to make 2 different reservations online, then ended up adding an extra night, too. We were allowed to stay in the same room the entire time instead of making us move around everytime and they handled all my problems with a smile. Heron, the front desk worker at night, needs a raise. He was always smiling, very polite and professional, and fixed my room card every night and never seemed aggravated about it. It was nice to see staff always smiling. The girl with the long hair was also very sweet! The lazy river was nice and the pool and hot tub were great! It was all very clean. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay to celebrate Christmas with my mom, husband, and daughter. Adjoining king suites definitely was the way to go for this trip. The location was wonderful, parking was close and free and didn't have to fight traffic because a trolley stop was right at the hotel. We go to Gatlinburg often and I believe we have found our new favorite place!!

I think there is only one elevator in the whole place. we had to wait a few times to let families go in front of us to stay together

The hotel is conveniently walking back and forth to the strip in Gatlinburg. Had a indoor pool, and while not fancy, the kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. No problems while there.

The beds are uncomfortable and pillows were throw pillow size, not standard. Also my friend in the adjoining room did have a cockroach on her bathroom counter. As this is a old building and only one, easy to overlook. Also no regular room service, so had to put trash in the hall to be consistently picked up.

For the rating and the price, it was just as expected. Not perfect nor luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and sufficient for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and overall it was a quiet, safe environment that was within walking distance to downtown but not too in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

The kids loved the pool! I loved that they had fridge and microwave in each room, and a Laundry facility (1 set). I have very stricked dietary needs, and this coupled with the INCLUDED hot continental breakfast for the kids and my husband made life easier. Gatlinburg was a quick stop for us and I was able to regroup after a really crazy long drive from the last stop. Easy place to walk everywhere from. My husband and I absolutely loved the gentleman at the desk he was there for most of our stay and was able to finagle helping us stay in the same room for same price for a second night. He is a hard worker and could be seen doing alittle bit of everything, and always with a smile and so nice. That man is 9ththe Gem we found in gatlinburg. I hope the owners know what they have. I unfortunately never got his name, but if you stay there, you'll know who I'm talking about.

I didn't like how everything felt very disjointed. The pool, parking garage, laundry and ice, but it's it's old building, what ya gonna do? We were also on the 2nd floor (main floor) I rated based on the areas of the hotel we used. I used the 1st floor as the laundry, ice, and bathrooms for pool are there, the ceilings were very dingy and could use a re-paneling. You could see evidence of past water issues all over.

Convenient location, walking distance down to the strip of downtown. Staff was so kind & welcoming. This one man in particular he was so welcoming & always had a smile on his face! The rooms were clean, at least for me. Hot tub was amazing! Breakfast was nice too.

The breakfast area is tiny! lol everyone was down getting breakfast & it was crammed. Other than that my stay was pretty good! 😊

Best location best facilities best breakfast. Having good parking space under roof or outside dedicated space. Travellers who dont have cars can utilize gatlinburg free trolley ride for which bus stop is just in front of hotel. Almost walkable or very near to downtown. Good front desk service. Quick checking and checkout. Overall recommended.

Not much but they can have 2 elevators instead of 1.

The gentleman at the desk at check-in was great. The breakfast was very well stocked,fresh fruit lots to choose from. After reading some of the reviews I was worried about the place being cleaned.. at check-in I ask about the reviews..I was told if I wasn't happy for any reason with the room they would move me to a different room...couldn't ask for more

Room was close to pool could smell the chemicals of the pool area.. but not a problem No exhaust fan in bathroom.

We loved the lazy river. My toddler was obsessed with it and we honestly spent more time there than anticipated. The location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. While the hotel feels well used, it was still clean and I would stay here again.

We booked a King Suite for the use of the balcony/patio and jacuzzi tub. The patio was 12-feet from a 5 lane highway making it unusable as we had a toddler. A comparable room with a balcony was not available. The Jacuzzi tub was not well cleaned and debris started swirling around when i started it.
