We stayed 2 nights here.Our very large handicap room was very clean.The entire hotel smelled nice.Beds were very comfy with lots of pillows.there were extra towels in bathroom.i liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispener in shower.lobby was clean.breakfast room was very clean and well stocked with hot items.the river view was nice.big firepit area by the water.staff was very nice.i asked for a shower chair when i arrived and they brought one right up.Always saw someone cleaning something , even sweeping outside in the parking area.thats always a plus.There was vending machines and guest laundry.very affordable but it was january so i dont know about summer prices We will stay here again!

There is an elevater but It was kind of an uphill downhill maze inside going from the parking garage to the elevator and the rooms.the wall thermostat was kind of touchy.At times was hard to regulate but this was our only complaint.

Great location easy to walk to everything in Gatlinburg.

The road noise was a lot. They need to install thicker doors on the balconies and maybe thicker windows.

Warm, not real tasty.

The next door room had children and you could hear what they were saying, trying to open the adjoining doors.

Our room was clean, fresh towels were left each morning, there were several breakfast options and staff were very nice.

Maybe it's the location or surroundings, but internet connection was almost non-existent.

We loved the location & the small hotel atmosphere. It was very clean & the breakfast was really good.

Our Power went out in bathroom evidently I called front desk from my cell phone because phone in room didn't work. It needs updating!

Beautiful view from the balcony!! Easy walk or trolley ride into Gatlinburg shops! very pretty and comfortable room with upgraded fireplace!!!

Weekday rate was a good value, the Friday night rate went from 85 to 265!!!

Room was exceptional. Appears to have been very recently updated. Was one of the nicer rooms we've stayed in. Location was very good and you can walk to most of the attractions fairly easily. Gatlinburg has a free trolley service that stops in front of the hotel and you can get most anywhere in Gatlinburg via that for free allowing you to park the car a let is sit.

View wasn't really all that. Room had no iron or hangers to hang clothes. We were notified in advance elevator was out of service but chose to keep reservation anyway, although we were on the top floor so it was a lot of up and down ramps and stairs. The trash company chose to empty the dumpster at 12:45am and an awful racket which woke us up. The city decided to do street work in front of the hotel starting at 5:30 am and was very loud and again woke us up. Exterior of the building and premises needs some maintenance.

it was nice being walking distance to most things in Gatlinburg

some of our lights didn’t work tv channels froze most of time and couldn’t watch tv outlets in bathroom wouldn’t hold my curling iron…plug kept falling out. felt that was unsafe

Fantastic location! Pretty interior and good price! We only had 1 balcony chair and the phone and wifi did not work. The lights and electrical outlets went out in our bathroom , the staff came and flicked off the breakers a few times but never checked back with us, it worked the next day. Unable to get a bathtub stopper from staff.
