Location was perfect for walking around downtown. Block from Peabody, couple blocks from Beale, trolley ran within feet of the hotel, Pyramid BassPro 3 minutes by vehicle. Double queen suite was very large. Staff friendly. Snack and drink market saved us. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Go out the back door and Walgreens is within sight. Save you a 30min trip to Walmart for forgotten items.

VALET PARKING. Extra $29/night and not optional. Be careful, navigation apps will try to send you down a named street that is actually an alley that police seem to ignore that stays blocked with cars. Keep going until you hit street parallel to river and come in at the sign that says Marriott and Springhill. It's small and easy to miss.

Great location and great accommodations. Room was pleasant and overlooked the bridge going over the Mississippi. Bed incredibly comfy.

Valet parking at $25 a nite, but no mention of it anywhere. Parking was outside and not in a covered garage. Self parking was a block away with a charge.

Parking you are forced to pay valet extra charges I was not expecting $120 ridiculous!

it was very pretty. the staff was very helpful and friendly.

the 1st room I had gotten still had trash in the room. hair on the towels and bed sheets. the 2nd room that I was upgraded to, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. and there was also hair on the towels in that room as well.

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The location great, the room had recently been renovated and was alot better than my expectation, it was lovely, roomy and very comfortable and kitchen, desk, TV all great, bed comfy. Little bar in the hotel which was cute for a quick drink, and breakfast was very good, waffles, hot food, continental, tea, coffee, juices, shakes etc. Definitely would go back and recommend this place. Unfortunately didn't make it to the pool but from what another guest said it sounded fine.

Crowded breakfast, tbh they could extend the room for the size of the plane. This is me being fussy though. We had a clean table and the food was good so really I should be content !

breakfast was ok , the same thing all 6 days of stay. Check in at front desk was awesome , friendly with lots of information. The rooms were comfortable. key entry was good . view of the street was great. Mostly everything was close or the trolly was always available. Great location.

The room needed more attention to cleaning especially the air condition which was dusty and vent were real dirty. more lighting is needed , the rooms were dark even after turning all lights on. No trash bags in the trash cans , which were too small to accommodate my trash. House keeping said they are not authorized to make the beds until after we check out. Elevator real slow & noisey.

The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and free. We found this out on check-in. The fact that booking.com is offering this at an extra cost is not. How many other places are they doing this, I'll be checking with the hotels first..... This place is clean and a 20 min walk to Beale St. 10 min walk from Mississippi riverboat cruise.

Nothing place is great.

The reception staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast staff much less so. The hotel is extremely central and the beds were very comfortable.

The quality of the breakfast on offer was poor. It was always really crowded and all the crockery and cutlery were made of plastic which produced an enormous amount of rubbish

Parking was an issue. Don't feel we should have been charged to park . This should be an amenity. Directions for our room were a little confusing. Maybe providing a map. We went up one elevator, walked to another elevator on that floor which was connected to another building then up a floor and down a hall .

I just mentioned them both above.

Excellent breakfast - not very good vegan options though. I had porridge (made with water) and bagel with peanut butter/jam as no butter/marg alternative. Shame as the breakfast was good for the rest of my family. The room was spacious, beds were comfy.

We had to ask for replacement coffee etc. They only offered black tea which was ok. They didn't replace the toilet roll. Not many Vegan options for breakfast.
