Friendly office staff and great location

Young housekeeping girl was not at all friendly. She was frustrated because she couldn’t get on a empty elevator with her cart because of guests. Very unprofessional but she’s young and has a lot to learn I suppose

It was very quiet and the staff were wonderful. It's right at everything walking distance to a lot of wonderful things to do to eat and shop for kids and adults even with as little as 8 minutes you can be anywhere to do tons of fun things and shopping site seeing if all amazing and wonderful . We are already planning for the next getaway!!!!!!

Inside and outside pools were needing TLC but they were working on them to make things better so that was nice but they needed painted and chlorine in them or at least more and ice machine on each floor but they also did let us know that they were trying to get that fixed also only small things but for an all in one I loved it we had a amazing time!!!!!!!

Everything! The staff is amazing! The lazy river is extremely warm and my daughter loved it. We literally had to drag her out of the pool area kicking and screaming (she's 2)! It's the perfect location right across from the island which is our favorite place to go when in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft! My daughter loved it! The guy checking us in even upgraded us to a balcony room at no charge because ours didn't have one! That was the second time we'd stayed there and we were not disappointed either time! We will be back!

Absolutely stellar experience at Rate Park Tower Inn in Pigeon Forge! Let's start with the room – immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in decor and amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of exploring, the location couldn't have been better. Situated conveniently near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, we found it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the surrounding scenery added an extra charm to our stay. Overall, Rate Park Tower Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. From the inviting room to ideal location, it's a definite standout among Pigeon Forge accommodations. We can't wait to return!

Was satisfied with everything except not completely disability set up for people on wheelchair or scooter could not get to indoor swimming pool.

Not completely wheelchair compatible to all location within hotel could not get to indoor swimming pool because of stairs and outdoor hill that scooter or wheelchair could not go up or down the hill to steep also breakfast bar not open

Well I like that I left one moltel becouse it was a bad place so I rent a room at park tower in I should went a head and both my rooms there but I give a chance so I would never due that a gain but I would tell u park tower in has been the best we will only rent rooms here for now on the best part was we was tried from not getting any sleep at the other one so I went to park tower in and check in was at 4 but the lady was so help by getting our room ready by 3 so I could get some sleep I call at 12 that day and she said they would try there best to get it ready early so I want think yell getting stuff done and clean thanks you park tower in

We love the Park Tower Inn. They're doing renovations to upgrade the property. But it didn't cause any bother to us during our stay. The balcony was a good view of the lights on the main strip. The man at the desk that gave us our window parking permit was absolutely sweet and the front desk young lady was nice as well. Out kids loved the lazy river. They also aloud us to have a late check out because our kids were running behind getting ready to check out. We will always come back here to stay.

Only think I was bummed about was I didn't get one of the highest floors because I like the view from way up there. But that wasn't the hotels fault. I never asked. Haha. If I had, I'm sure they would have put us where we wanted. All in all if you're not picky and want a good price... This is the place.

I liked it but liked it the first time better it was on the 5th floor the first time and it seemed cleaner that time than this time didn’t have enough linen this time

Not having enough linen And when I went to check out one of the staff was cleaning the windows in the lobby and sprayed me right in the face with windex I ask him what was that and that’s what he said it was I told him he did apologize but it was the thought he sprayed my face and went on my white part of my shirt was all over my glasses

Hotel location was great! I loved being in the heart of Pigeon Forge. After traveling nearly 4 hours to our destination, I don’t think anyone wants to travel further for attractions, dining, shopping and more. So, the location makes a HUGE difference.

I didn’t like the fitness center/room was not available during our stay. I would have loved to continue working out..even while on vacation.

That the room we had was nice and clean although our refrigerator went out and we had alot of food and called front desk and she was on it got us a replacement right to us. The indoor pools were awesome and warm along with the outdoor as well all together it was great.

The hotel is a little outdated and don't have breakfast but all together this hotel is better than what folks give it credit for.
