The room was nice and just been updated. We had a king room with bunk beds and the room smelled clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a nice huge tub and the sink was in the room not in the bathroom. I like how they have children activities going on. I did witness a story time and they had a dance party for the children also. My daughter is 17 it was not in her age range but if I had little ones that would be a perfect place.

I didn't like the fact that light shown under the door and lite the whole room up. The beds was to hard for me and my family. We got cupcakes and cookies from the place down stairs and the cookies was hard as a rock and the cupcake was dried out. It tasted like it had been sitting for days.

I really like the location and I also liked the size of the indoor waterpark. I also liked the cabanas they were nice.

What I didn’t like was the hot tub which was called warming tub it was cold no where warm. Also when booking online it does not specify which building you are staying at. I wish I would’ve known what building I would be staying at. I would’ve booked my room where the waterpark was at instead of the other building and trying to run across the parking lot when it’s cold. Another thing that I dislike was that the rooms did not have microwaves.

First off, great value. Second, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every person from housekeeping to the front desk to the gift store to the lifeguards. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the $100 per night hold on my card. I didn't find put until after my reservation was confirmed and it was a challenge budgeting that into my trip.

The breakfast is delicious it is great for families with small children staff were very nice too the only thing and it is my main thing when I stay somewhere are how comfortable the beds are the mattresses are the older mattresses they're not the new ones. I even tried sleeping on the bunk bed it was a little better but they are the smaller bunk beds not a true twin size bunk bed. I also when there are several of us as there were five of us I'm usually the first to get up and like to go down get coffee and sit in a lounging area they do not have that these were the only two things that would make it a four star but I will definitely give a five-star because of everything else and the other thing was I booked because it said had inside pool with hot tubs but it was under construction and will not be ready till next year even though they're outdoor pool is heated and we were there at a very great time but a cold snap came through so the outdoor pool the kiddos did not get in it but the location is great all the things they have to do with small children they have a bowling alley they have an arcade they have a climbing wall it's just all kinds of stuff for the kids to do they had trick or treating on Saturday night for the kiddos.

I did not like that there was nowhere with couches or chairs or anything for adults to sit at and just enjoy a cup of coffee the mattresses were not comfortable and there is nowhere to store clothing when you have five people in a room that is for six but no storage anywhere other than the little wooden rack with a few hangers most places the TVs have big dressers up under them there was no dresser

The place was very nice, breakfast was good and at a good price. The slides were fun. I like that you can buy your own drinks and have them anywhere on the premises. The arcade was very easy to access and had plenty of things in it to do. The ice cream shop was awesome and the prices were cheap and the ice cream was really good. All of that was really good , but the thing I liked the most was the customer service, all of the staff was really nice and helped you with anything you needed quickly.

Everything was good and very convenient with all the amenities, the waterpark and pool, coffee shop, ice cream and pastry shop, the breakfast and pizza restaurant, the arcade, all of it was nice and very easy to access and had great hours of operation .

I can't say enough about my stay here. We love the smokies, and the kids didn't want to leave the hotel because there was so much to do here. Elizabeth in activities was one of my kids favorites.

We wished our room had it's own microwave. But walking down to the vending machines to use one is not thay big of a deal. Also, my parents came to see my kids swim. They are older, do not swim, and just wanted to watch them do the slides or play in the pool but since they didn't have passes, they could not. Having "dry" passes to give out a certain number daily, or even for a low fee, should be an option.

Very kid-friendly. Our kids said it was their new favorite place!

We had a family suite. It was very nice, but a bit cramped. We would love to have had a full bathroom (instead of sink outside) so we didn’t wake the kids so easily, the kids beds on the inside of the room for safety, a small table for the kids to eat on, a microwave (there is one on the floor with vending machines, but it’s a hassle to go all the way down to it and it was out of order while we were there), and the fact that my 2 daughters couldn’t ride the double slide together (near same height and only 20 months apart).

Room- AMAZING!! Activities for kids- My daughter had an amazing birthday trip. She loved all the activities that were available to her. Food- The pizza, ice cream, popcorn and treats were great. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast and only used the restaurant once. Next time we go we will not buy the breakfast package. Staff- AMAZING!! They couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Pool- The pool was great. Can’t wait for the indoor water park option. Arcade- We had a lot of fun. My daughter loved all the games and we had a great time. Loved that bowling was up there. The people working up there could have been nicer and more knowledgeable BUT, it did not put a damper on our trip at all. Location- The location was perfect. Publix is right down the street along with a gas station and multiple restaurants. The outlets were 15 minutes away, The Island was about 7 minutes away and Dollywood was 15 minutes away. The hotel is in a great location.

Breakfast. It left a lot to be desired. The sausage, bacon and hash browns were great! But, the rest of the food was not good.

We liked everything. The room was small but we didn't plan to hang out in the room so it worked great for two adults and two children ages five and six. Splash pad, pool, slides were all fun for all of us. The planned activities in Friendship Forest for the children were so nice and the kids had a ball. Maribeth made our grandchildren feel so comfortable they sought her out to speak to her no matter where we saw her in the building.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe more options for snow cone flavors without red dye. Our granddaughter has a red dye allergy and so do a lot of other children. Being aware of that and having options available for them makes parents and grandparents very happy. Oh...and some plain popcorn.

This is a very nice hotel in a great spot with tons of activities to do for kids! The room was clean and the front desk and activity staff were always super friendly. The ‘treasure hunt’ in the kids bedroom is such a nice touch, I have never stayed anywhere that does something like that and it started off our stay on a great note.

For a hotel billed as a ‘Waterpark’ I was disappointed with the size of the pool. It felt like a pretty standard hotel size pool and was extremely crowded in the evenings. There were a few lifeguards that were rude and that actually caused us to only use the pool for about half of our stay. One lifeguard made my daughter cry after she accidentally got turned the wrong way going down the slide, I understand there are rules but it ruined her night because of how rudely she addressed the situation. There is an indoor Waterpark being built so I will be interested to see what is added in that portion of the hotel
