Beds were comfortable and room was decently clean. Indoor pool had very warm water the entire visit. Breakfast was great when they did have everything out.

Indoor pool is small. Breakfast was the bare minimum a few days of the trip. Never had fresh room supplies the entire 7 days.

The property was in a very good location. It’s close to everything. The room was clean, the beds were nice and soft, fridge and freezer worked well. The heated pool was a great addition. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything really “bad” about our stay. If I had to say one thing it would be that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and for the staff to double check that all things are in the room as in towels, extra toilet paper and a shower curtain. Other than that there are no complaints.

The fact that i paid 200$ to stay in a room that i couldn't even check in till 4 pm. It wasted half our day waiting to check in. Had i not made a reservation i would have been able to walk in and get a room like people did !!!!

The room was very spacious and well equipped. We visited The Great Smoky Mountains and then Gatlinburg and it was nice that they were close to each other. There is also fast foods nearby so that was convenient.

The breakfast hadn't a lot of choice.

We really liked the location, indoor pool and the waffles for breakfast. We were really close to everything we wanted to do. We came up there for my son's birthday and he had a really good time and really enjoyed the pool especially since it was cold outside but they were still able to swim since it was indoor.

The toilet was loose so it rocked when you sat down. Limited parking and very narrow spaces. We have a Dodge Grand caravan and the spaces were really narrow and when someone would park crooked we were not able to pull in close to our door and had to park in the side parking lot away from the building. My husband has also had back surgery and can't walk a lot so it was hard for him to walk from the side parking lot to our room. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay there.

Rooms were clean, bed/pillow comfortable Mountain view, pools nice, slide and splash area for small children.

Breakfast was small muffins, cereal bars,coffee. Had small issue with door hinge never got fixed Had to go down 1st floor for ice, machine on our floor broke

Well, was having a amazing untill I was waken up to my man telling there were bedbug curling on me on the cover I was covered with had a bedbug curling on me,so this morning instead of going to the front desk and showing my ass about the bedbugs I go in very quietly because there was other customers in the breakfast room and I speak to the guy the attendant for night he tells me he's going to have his manager call me well she never did call me I waited until afternoon she still didn't call me and I've called her now five times and they won't answer my phone calls so if you're your business sucks and as long as I got to work mouth I'm going to tell everybody that you guys suck

I need some money back on my f****** room so I can go home and take care of the infection infection in my clothes and my suitcases and everything so I don't have to go out spend $1,000 because I can't afford it this s*** sucks give me my money back

the location around everything was perfect! the staff was so nice and worked around me and my family. I was kinda scared by reading the other reviews on how our stay was gonna be and it actually turned out being really well, we really only were in the hotel when we were sleeping but even then it was great. the pools were open but the kiddie pool but the outside pools were freezing but it was clean very clean! unless people have pictures of the uncleanliness I wouldn't go off of everything you see for sure, I even watched the maid clean one room on her hands and knees while I was there. and that tells me something about this place. me and my family will be back! and the breakfast was great!! I also have pictures but my daughter is in them. but I will not post them because she's in them!
