Minutes from the airport, yet very quiet inside my room. Hotel is walking distance from a couple of good restaurants (plus some really interesting food trucks...). Huge, clean, comfortable suite/room. Free breakfast was good, diverse and filling, although nothing special. Pool is quite nice, with a cool little waterfall feature.

No airport shuttle! Not really sure how you can call yourself an "airport hotel" and not offer one. Most frustrating, there was a perfectly good shuttle van sitting (just sitting) in the parking lot. Also, the business center had two nice, new computers - neither of which worked. "Someone is supposed to come look at them soon..." Lastly (I'm whining now...), none of the back/side doors worked for re-entry from the pool or parking lot - the room key sensors were all broken. Had to walk all the way around the building to the front door to get back in from the pool. :(

I thought my room was very comfortable and housekeeping was provided at my request. I was originally put on a floor without an ice maker and the staff changed the room for me.

The chips at happy hour were stale. I stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Variety would have been nice.

The staff was friendly. The only problem with the room was the pillows were too full so not the most comfortable position for us, our neck in an uncomfortable position. The main complaint would be breakfast. The only hot meal offering was waffles. I do like waffles but there wasn't options like Eggs, bacon, sausage or pancakes. the only fruit offering was a bowl of apples. Aside from that, the pool, exercise room and the room itself was great. I really liked the room and the kitchenette with silverware and a decent sized fridge! Cost was comparable to others in airport area but was expecting a better breakfast offering.

Breakfast was slim on offerings. Pillows in the room were too full.

Comfortable and clean rooms, good coffee and breakfast choices except for one day when restocking coffee and breakfast stuff was delayed. The staff responded quickly and effectively when we had trouble with the AC controls.

Traffic noise, problems with AC control (later remedied by hotel staff guidance).

Great value for a last minute booking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. I love the room set up - desk doubled as dining table. Location was idea.

Very happy they were able to provide a hot breakfast in light of the circumstances (COVID19). I understand why there were no options such as scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, but if I could suggest adding boiled eggs perhaps, to have a protein on menu.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I find the hotel very affordable and good value. We stay there every year when we attend the Lone Star Roundup Car Show. The facility is clean and very comfortable.

sheets only change every 3 days. bathroom door would not close. had to push room door close to get it to close correctly. vanity light in restroom did not work.

shower water pressure is weak and the water temperature does not go beyond warm, I prefer a hot shower rather then a Luke warm one.

Very convenient to the airport after a delayed flight coming in. Super easy check-in with friendly staff even after midnight. Comfortable bed and clean room. Quiet, too. They have reinstated limited breakfast after COVID and breakfast bar was clean, convenient and welcome. I didn’t rate higher because only here 9 hours. Therefore, I can’t really comment on the extended stay experience, but the kitchen is nicely appointed and room laid out well. I’ll be staying at one of these for a longer vacation experience in the future.

It was a bit dark in the parking lot checking in after midnight. However, I don’t typically check in that late and imagine not many others do, either.

Clean, excellent location from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. Quiet. Nice layout. Overall, a great stay. I used to stay at the Staybridge next door, but I will stay here again on my next visit to Austin

No outlet in the bathroom to use the hair drier and the ones in the bedroom were loose so kept coming unplugged. Not enough pillows on the bed. No cabinets for food storage if you are staying long.
