very quiet, quick access to and from airport, free parking. Nice fitness room, great breakfast options. I loved the little extra touch to the rooms by housekeeping like the way some of the towels and tissue were made into flower type shapes. it gave me the feeling of a more upscale hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff was prompt about getting me transportation to the airport. I also liked having food options like microwave meals that I could purchase in the lobby

one of the top sheets was very frayed on the top edge. it didn’t affect my stay but may bother someone else. you can’t fix it if you don’t know.

Breakfast was great

Everything was great, Two ladies at the front desk talked to me because I had a kidney transplant, and one of their family member was going through the same thing, and it was nice to share my experience of me having a kidney transplant, I hope I was able to ease the young lady mind, I can’t remember her name, but just know it gets better as time goes on, super grateful for the opportunity to share my experiences with the both of you

Surprisingly rude, unfriendly staff

The shuttle to and from the airport was out of service both upon my arrival to the hotel and departing. The hotel very kindly booked me a ride service. I arrived at your hotel on Easter Sunday and even with what had to probably have been a very busy weekend , Tommie at the front desk was a breathe of fresh air. He demeanor and sense of humor made checking in to the hotel a delight.. It is that kind of customer service that keeps guest returning to the hotel each time their is a need.

Tommie! He was the kindest most sincere receptionist we’ve ever had! He went above and beyond and always brought 110%. The bed was also extremely comfortable! The breakfast was good except for the eggs. The location was perfect for us. It was always ten minutes within everywhere we wanted to go.

Test out some new eggs. The hard boiled eggs were great though!

Check in was breeze, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very spacious! Very comfy beds! the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had waffles and a pancake maker, cheese omelette s, home fries, and the sausage was really good! My kids loved that they had a yogurt machine and toppings. The chocolate chips were a hit lol. I would definitely stay here again! definitely worth the price.

the Pool is really small but my kids still had a blast.

Tommy James did an exceptional job during check-in and throughout our stay. He was very engaging and courteous. We had one problem--our refrigerator wasn't working. Reported it to Tommy as we left for a function and it was fixed when we returned to our room.

It was clean and stocked, not the tastiest healthiest food but better than a lot of those hotel's continental breakfasts

I had to take public bus to get there when i arrived bf it was past the hours of the shuttle and when i called the hotel they did not notify me that i would have been able to use a free uber

The facility has modern look and feel. It is very clean. Beds, pillows are comfy. The bathroom is roomy. We are very happy with the room. Microwave is also available but we do not make use of it.

Outdoor swimming pool is a bit too small. It does not have chairs to sit nor umbrella to block nasty sunlight. Sad :-).

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the Texas-shaped waffles put a smile on our faces! The airport shuttle bus was very much appreciated.

Although it didn’t affect us on this trip, I highly recommend installing a few EV chargers so that patrons can charge their car overnight.
