Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, When I had difficulty starting the washer to clean my clothes, the girl at the front desk was diligent to make sure I understood how it worked. I loved the outdoor pool. Room was quiet overnight. When i went to the front desk in the middle of the night for aspirin, they didn't sell any, the the man at the front desk offered me a couple.

I noticed shuttle vans in front of the main entrance, but they were not in service. Room was not cleaned everyday. I realize hotels are not giving daily room cleaning, but still.......... Breakfast offered hot food, waffles, but the buffet never changed-scrambled eggs and potato wedges-. For the prices I was paying, i felt breakfast could have had more variation from day to day. The convenience store in the hotel, didn't offer much besides food. Would have like to see bathroom items or over the counter medication

Our room was a lot bigger than we were expecting which was amazing! The bed was just the perfect amount of softness and firmness. The pillows though... fell flat pretty easily but overall a great experience. And if you can make time to go to the pool, also worth it! Lastly the Hispanic woman who worked the night shift at the front desk was an absolute dream! She offered to speak to us in Spanish if we didn't feel comfortable speaking English, she answered all of our questions and always had a smile for us. My husband and I agree that her kindness and attitude made us feel so welcomed.

Like I mentioned earlier probably the pillows. I would wake up at night and my head was practically flat on the bed. But this is more of a personal preference.

I went down at 8:30 for breakfast and there wasn't any eggs, just breads and stuff. So I went and found some breakfast tacos in town. Not a big deal, the tacos were really good. Oh, and the AC doesn't have a constant running fan. I thought that was a bummer. It kept waking me up when it turned on and then off. And it was only off for a minute or so. Really broke up my sleep.

Decent clean room. Only interaction with staff was front desk, which was fine.

Breakfast was a major disappointment. Website indicates breakfast is included, but I don’t consider that breakfast. My first morning, all that came out of orange juice dispenser was water, and both coffee jugs were empty. Part of my criteria when searching for a room was for breakfast to be included. Consequently, I feel the room was overpriced. *edit - website states “continental breakfast “. Actual offering was granola bars, cheap cellophane wrapped wet muffins and snack pack peach sauce, juice and coffee.

I stayed at a La Quinta in San Antonio and enjoyed my stay. They had a friendly staff, good hot breakfast and plenty to drink. But La Quinta Austin Airport, the staff was not very nice when I was checking in In the morning I enquired about the hot sandwiches to go she said "we don't have them, this is all we have" The Coffee was empty, small packaged muffins and fruit bars. Not impressed While checking out, the front desk person was yawning. Disappointed in my stay.

The room was very spacious. I was shocked at the size of it. The bathroom, too. The AC was amazing in hot Texas weather. I was actually cold at night! I was also pleasantly surprised that we had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was comfy, it was clean. Nice desk and chair as well as a recliner. Way more than we expected.

I was super excited about goin swimming but to find out the pool was filthy and warm. ☹️

Breakfast was fair and food was barely warm including coffee. Had to ask for a new pot of coffee.

Was assigned a room with Handicap facilities. Didn’t requested. Has to ask for change of room, which was done rather quickly.

This hotel was okay. Not the best La Quinta hotel, but not the worst. The bad: Not enough luggage carts didn't get to use one at all The door to my room wouldn't open easily made it hard to get into room Weird smell in bathroom The bathroom sometimes made a weird noise randomly The comforter/sheets was small and had to go down the bed to be able have it over my whole body The lights were mostly set up from one light by the door which was annoying if you wanted one still on but not all Only get 3 pillows on the bed

Great location. Ease of parking and friendly staff.

Pool was not available for the day. Our plan was to stay and enjoy the hotel. Since pool was not available we had a change in plans.
