Housekeeping personnel were AMAZING!! Super nice and always greeted me and my daughter with a smile in passing. They did an excellent job keeping our room clean and ready during our stay. The pool was INCREDIBLE and so much fun. I loved how the layout allowed kids to play and parents to relax at the same time. The breakfast was also pretty great with its selection options and the staff was on top of it in keeping all the food fresh and available to guests. Lastly, the location was perfect! It was about a 5-7 minute drive to Arches National Park and 10 minute drive into the Main Street/downtown Moab area. My daughter and I did white water rafting with Moab Adventures and it was right down the street which made the day go really smoothly.
Front desk personnel were not welcoming nor did it appear that they knew how to smile. Every time I went to the front desk it appeared that they were irritated that someone was approaching them. I have worked in the hospitality business before and understand that there can be some really tough days dealing with ungrateful and rude guests. Yet the front desk staff was consistently not welcoming (no smiles, no greeting, just staring at you) throughout our stay and all around did not appear to want to be there which gives me cause to wonder about management...

Breakfast was very good. I loved the selection, and especially loved the oatmeal bar. The location and scenery were stunning. The decor of the entire Hotel was beautiful, inside and outside. The pool was an enormous hit with my family. Our trip was very busy and jam-packed but the lady at the front desk said we could swim after check out, and that was very kind.
Most of the staff was very kind but some of the staff could have been a little friendlier. The room service we ordered could have been better. The tacos were cold and the tortillas were dried out.

Location was very close to Arches National Park so that ended up being a plus. It was also neat how the two properties shared the pool. The coloring of the rooms was nice too how they blend with scenery. Room service was quick and staff very friendly when dropping off food.
When we arrived we asked if any rooms were available early and we were told to wait an hour. After we came back there were still no rooms because they were waiting on an inspection so had to wait longer. The lady at the desk was nice and gave us a pool key so we could wait outside.

Unbelievable swimming pool area, at least four hot tubs with different water temperatures, two swimming pools (different temperatures too), a children's pool, red rocks with artificial waterfalls, not to mention the giant natural rock walls in the background from the mountains surrounding the area. Location is great, minutes away from the national park entrance by car, bike lane in front of the hotel and the Colorado river running next to the property. Staff was nice and helpful.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep right next to it, and even with adjusting the temperature we could not get rid of the excessive fan noise, nor could we switch it off. I admit that air con is essential in the scorching desert heat in August, but there might be quieter options available... After the breakfast we had to throw all disposable paper and plastic stuff to the garbage that made us uncomfortable, especially the kids. Having more recycling options (or using reusable cutlery) would be appreciated.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. they even went the extra mile to help us out. Everyone was great, from the personnel in the morning to the ones in the evening shift, during breakfast, really everyone!
When we arrived we were assigned a room immediately, but when we went in we found a big humidity/odor vacuum functioning inside. Not long after a member of the staff arrived and took it, mentioning it should have not been there or we shouldn't have been given that room. When the vacuum was gone there was a slight smell of something humid being trapped there. It was not that bothersome, since we didn't ask for a room change, it was only a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was our favorite stays on our National Park trip of Arches, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone. We did the sunrise hike to delicate arch (best decision ever!) and were able to spend the heat of the day at this hotel enjoying the pool which was a highlight for my 3 kids. The hotel is right next to the park which made our days even easier and they even have a great little restaurant that delivers food to you by the pool or your room. We had just as much fun at the parks as we did the hotel!
That we didn’t stay 3 nights instead of just the two, so nothing, it was absolutely perfect in every way.

Staff was friendly and very helpful with ideas of what activities were available in Moab. The grounds and the room were beautiful. I felt as if I was getting a resort experience at a mid-range hotel cost.
The overall breakfast selection was good, but there was a morning or two when the main entree, like the pancakes, had been allowed to get cold. Overall not a deal breaker for me, just something that might be improved in the service.

The location is great, beautiful and relaxing pool area, fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful, plenty of parking space, and the breakfast was pleasantly yummy.
The two things that didn't work for me was the themperature of the main pool, the one with the rocks and waterfalls, it was extremely cold, and only kids were brave enough to get in there. I also think that the adults should be able to enjoy "Only Adults" time in the hot tubs after 10pm. It's kind of annoying to sit there and have little kids jumping in and out splashing and ruining the chance to relax.

The location and setting couldn't be beat! It was almost like being inside Arches National Park. The entrance was only a mile away but the hotel was surrounded by red rock cliffs which was a great preview to the park. We also loved the pool area which had multiple hot tubs, pools, and waterfalls/ water features, all designed to mimic the surrounding area. There were plenty of loungers and chairs to enjoy this area. Our room was also larger than we had expected (King studio) with two TVs - one to watch from bed and one to watch from the couch area. Very clean and comfortable.
The water in the big pool was colder than I like but I went in from the zero entry area and walked out as far as I wanted. I really enjoyed the area though!
