Very unique. Great location. Artistically decorated in fun ways.

Noise level was horrific from outside on the weekend. It's across from two bars and they're LOUD on the weekend. With noise and music. It'd be fine if I didn't have to get up early to work on the weekend. But I do. Also there's no warning of if your room involves stairs. Which are super narrow. It's impossible to haul large heavy luggages up those if you're small.

The beds were comfortable.

The cleaning staff was super loud, yelling back and forth in the hall while we were still sleeping. There was trash all over the front of the building and it was a converted house, not a hotel as expected. No microwave and the hot pot provided had mold all over it.

The property was close to downtown and the touristics places and the room was very confortable.

Because there was not a physical front desk to do the check in, took us a little time to contact them for some issues at the moment of doing the online check in. Also the walls are not well insulated so you can get some noises from outside or other rooms.

Quirky but very nice quirky room and hotel. Good location and contact with staff was very positive

Just my lack of technical knowledge in getting the app on my phone to let me in to the property. But lady I spoke to on the phone managed to talk me through the whole thing

What breakfast?

The hot water ran out in less than 2 minutes! There was a swarm of ants on the desk even tho there was no food there.

The house was a bit more sketchy than expected, neighborhood noisy on Friday night

I had a very pleasant stay at The ART Inn. Even though it is a reception-less property, the staff is always available and they are very helpful. The room is cozy and cute. Also, there's a couple of very good restaurants for breakfast and dinner just one minute away.

In the beginning, I didn't realize this is a reception-less property. As I said, it works very well here, but I guess it might be a negative for some people. Also, one little thing I would add to the rooms is an iron or steamer, but other than that, the room had everything I needed.

It was very loud outside during weekend nights (Friday, Saturday). Seemed like some really big partys going on in the neighbourhood. The hotel provided earplugs, but it of course is nicer not having to use them. There is also a kettle mentioned here as one of the appliances, there's no kettle in the room. There's a capsule coffee maker that you could use for making 'warm' water but it has a coffee taste afterwards.

Almost everything about the room was excellent. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, high quality linens, and my check-in with in-person host was smooth. The bed was so comfortable, as soon as my son sat on it, he wanted to stay in the room and have me stay at the dorm! I really liked the location and neighborhood as I was visiting a Seattle U student living at Campion Hall (2 small blocks away). I also liked the option for including parking at a small additional cost. I loved that there is a small business coffee shop directly across the street.

- No EV hookups - Water pressure moderate - Lots of stairs- I had to have my son carry my luggage to and from the room - Noisy: (2 friendly- 1 hostile) neighbors unable to access their room were standing directly outside my door talking loudly. I asked them to keep the noise down and offered to help contact management. Two were grateful and apologetic, one was furious and glaring. - Buggy wireless check-in, according to experience with my neighbors

Wasn’t really sure about this one when we arrived as it looked a l like an old wooden hippy house! BUT the room was great, quirky decor but very comfortable and included a kettle (great for we tea drinkers, but is on 2 levels. Location pretty good, as walkers we didn’t mind a half hour walk to the Pike place market. Parking , although a bit rough and ready was available (in an alley out the back) with the reservation (info on which was included in the booking-thank you!). Great shower! Even thought the whole thing is contactless (no staff), they have an app and someone rang me promptly, to help me when I couldn’t access a form. Really a good experience!

As an older person, I did find the contactless things a bit daunting,but as I said before, I had very prompt replies to my queries via the app. Even the ‘key’ using your phone was ok once we figured it out. Would really appeal to younger couples.
