When I arrived at the property at the check in time, there were "wet paint" signs along the wall of the corridor, and a slight odour of paint, however the signs disappeared within a couple of hours. Plus the door to my apartment was open and I found a workman inside, who apologised and said he didn't know that someone would be checking in at that time! He finished very speedily and then left. The keypads to the main door and floor door are a little worn and occasionally challenging especially for an older person. I loved the electronic key provided by the app but this worked only on the door to the apartment. It would have been great had it worked on the other two doors. However, these items did not detract from my stay.

The apartment is a spectacular modern 1 bed, with a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and new pots and pans. There was some coffee and tea selection and a nice laundry machine in the unit. The contactless check-in and keyless entry was nice, and there was a rooftop patio and BBQ area for enjoying the sunny days. The location is absolutely spectacular. It's just 1 block from the downtown cap hill nightlife scene. On Fri and Sat you can hear a tiny bit of base in the distance in the bedroom but with just a tiny bit of white noise it fades away as the building is new with concrete and solid beam construction and double pane windows On my next visit I will definitely look for this place and hopefully will return when I have less work to do and more fun! 5stars!

The price is a little high but it is a very nice place and similarly priced to places not as nice.

The place was in a prime location close to good restaurants and has an amazing view from the roof. The place was clean and modern and the customer service was responsive.

There was a washing machine but it ruined our clothes so I wouldn’t recommend. The dryer took a really long time to dry our clothes, causing us to run several cycles. The fire on the roof wasn’t working and the staff was very responsive about it but let us know that it was not running due to the off season. The AC and heat were also hard to use and the apartment was very warm.

A convenient location close to grocery stores. We worried about noise but the building must have excellent insulation: we only heard sirens, no other street noise. The unit is clean and spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the filtered water dispenser in the hallway. We also loved the support through the Sonder app: every question was answered promptly, efficiently and courteously.

The numbers on the pads to access the building and the floor are a bit hard to see at night, and the pound key on the third-floor pad is finicky. We had a wonderful experience at Solis and considered returning for an extended visit next year but stays are limited to 28 days and the price is high.

Great location in the center of a hip, buzzy neighborhood. Really quiet- thick windows and polite building. Easy checkin and checkout- no cleaning or extra steps required. Great features including roof deck, luggage storage, deep bath, toiletries, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee/tea. Truly comfortable bed and pillows. TV worked great, heating worked great.

Needs blackout curtains- it's bright when the streetlights and parking lot lights are on at night. Could have used an umbrella. The hot water was not sufficient to fill the bath (tried at different times of the day and night).

The apartment was large, had excellent facilities and was styled well. The bed was really large by Australian standards and was super comfortable. Having a washing a machine and dryer in the apartment made what's often a challenge during holidays really easy. The building itself was modern and secure. The rooftop area was great with 360 degree views of the surrounding areas and into the centre of Seattle. It was snowing when we ventured up to see it. In warmer weather it would be a wonderful space to enjoy. We loved the location. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment and there are loads of interesting shops and cafes to enjoy.

- Good location. - Well designed. - Staff listened to noise complaints and upgraded us, and we are thankful for that.

- Having to enter the key code 3 times on this fuzzy key pad is a real pain. The phone unlock feature just didn’t work. - Very pricey. We stayed for 18 days and still were asked to pay $100 cleaning fee. - if you struggle with noise, be careful - there is an extremely loud club right next to the complex that plays loud music every day of the week. Not their fault though.

The location was perfect for our needs. The room itself was nicely furnished and had a very comfortable bed. We really loved all the amenities provided to us - a dishwasher and W/D in unit, a full range and oven, a refrigerator, a cute table and air condition! The accommodations were well stocked, and our place was both quiet and comfortable - we didn't hear our neighbors at all. We'd definitely come back for another visit and stay longer.

The mobile key wasn't quite responsive and the buttons for the keypads were a bit difficult to push which made getting to your room very annoying at times as there are three access points required. Not relevant to us, but worth mentioning for others, is that the draw shades are not black out and and while there is some attenuation of light, you can expect some sun to wake you up in the morning, so bring an eye mask.

This Capitol Hill location is within blocks of many restaurants and very accessible by train or bus to most Seattle locations including the downtown shops, Space Needle, University of Washington and waterfront with ferries and water taxis to the islands. Our Sonder Solis one bedroom suite was very clean. The bedroom was comfortable and all kitchen appliances worked well. The bathroom was spacious and bright. During my month long stay, it was nice to have access to additional supplies in the closet downstairs. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The only thing I would change is a couch instead of the two living room chairs. I didn’t find the chairs very comfortable.

Well equipped secure property. Comfortable and clean. Lots of good restaurants close by. Good bus service to downtown.

Free to air tv reception was terrible. Netflix required signing on and starting a subscription. Location was further from town than we expected.
