The beds not comfortable , the breakfast i think it was almost seafood , the arabic people dont eat that on the morning , so i hope they add more food the arab people like eat it , thanks

Royal Hotel's location is definitely one of its key draw points. The rooms are always clean, well-appointed and comfortable. It isn't our first stay at Royal Hotel and definitely won't be our last!

The staff at the lobby lounge cafe were rather dismissive, rude and curt. The level of service definitely did not meet up to the level of service extended by every other member of staff that we had the pleasure of coming into contact with.

breakfast was below average. staff weren’t hospitable at all. I found that they seemed to be kinder to Korean travelers and were racist towards non Koreans

location is great - shopping streets & eating places (including street food stalls) right at the doorstep yet is not affected by noise. Easy access to subway station & airport limousine stop.

room needs a little update - there were visible stains on the carpet & even on the bath mat. Decor is a little dated & lighting is too dim.

Located in the best part of Myeongdong for me. Away from the crowd and noise but still just a short walk to the center of the hustle and bustle. Appreciated the assistance from their staff when they helped retrieve an item that I forgot in the room after we checked out and left the hotel

A/c is fixed at a certain temperature and can’t be adjusted to suit our preference. Quite warm for me so we just opened the window to let some cold air in. Noticed that the A/c shuts off in the middle of the night and resumes after some time

Friendly staff and in my opinion the best location in Seoul! Room was ok, absolutely no view unfortunately and the air conditioning didn’t work very well.

super clean! exactly how I remembered it since my last stay 3 years ago. Concierge gave us a free early check-in from our morning flight too, thanks so much! Also, Olive Young next to hotel closes at 11pm. lots of skincare products to stock up on. A twosome place and a chocolate cafe opposite the hotel offers great drinks as well!

myeongdong has been hit hard by covid. it isn’t as bustling as before and a number of stores has closed.. Hongdae or Lottle World Mall may be better areas to stay if you want to do more shopping. Nonetheless, this hotel is smacked in between 2 stations which makes it really easy to travel about Seoul!

Temperature was set up by the hotel, it couldn't be controlled individual room. It was cold in the night. Hotel provided extra blanket but it was not comfortable.

Customer service at the front was great. Close to the Myeongdong market, shopping, and restaurants. Bathroom was cute with both 220 and 110 outlet for blow dryer. Cute tub and wash cloths. Bed was comfy. Parking was free with reservation in advance.

Carpet in the room seemed to hold moldy smell. 1100 checkout not good value for money. Room service is advertised but not an option. Cleaning staff was noisy in the morning when trying to get rest from the hallway.
