I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a particularly difficult time. Having just lost one pet and frantically searching for another, I arrived exhausted, emotional, and hungry. The staff immediately sensed my distress and offered kindness instead of indifference. They kindly suggested I settle in while they took me to dinner at a wonderful spot to eat. The driver's thoughtful gesture and prompt pickup afterwards were a huge relief. The hotel itself was immaculate, with no issues to report. The staff's exceptional care and compassion made all the difference, providing a much-needed 'soft place to fall.' Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

Everything was amazing to be honest especially the room cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were really friendly. Also, the facilities were really great. The value for money was better than I expected. Generally, I would like to go with this option again in my next trips to London. There was a big variety in the breakfast options and they were switched every day the available options which is really great.

The location of hotel is pretty far from the downtown, but it is generally very acceptable for other advantages.

Cleaning staff was not very thorough. They came into our room while we were out and changed the garbage and left the garbage bag beside the bin and didn't replace the bags and they took out our towels from the bathroom and put them in a pile on the floor and didn't replace any of them. We had to call for towels. They also left the vacuum in the hallway all day long. Also, the breakfast lady wasn't very pleasant, while replacing the food in the holders, she just expected us to move while we were putting food on our plates. Tables should've been cleaned more often.

Easy access from veterans highway. Accessible room especially bathroom was great .

Snow around walkways and side doors could have been better cleared . More salt needed on ice patches by side doors. I slipped and almost fell. I am only 5’2 and beds are too high for me to get up on easily. Need a stool or something to get in bed. My husband had to help drag me on to it. Really ugly view if a construction yard right outside our window. Not enough accessible parking spots.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shopping plazas and the 401. The hotel was very clean and the desk staff were friendly. There is a large sitting area with tables to work at, a fireplace, and 2 computer stations in the lobby with phones and printer available for working. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, french toast, tea, coffee - it was all there and delicious. I will absolutely stay here again for future work travel.

I loved this hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels and this has been one of the best by far. The room was not only clean, it actually smelled clean. Not a cover up smell. The stopper it The bath tub wouldn't close. At 8pm we called the front desk, in less then 10 minutes a maintenance person was at our door. And she even had the part to fix it, right then and there. No back and forth messing around. She was so pleasant. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Everything was hot and plentiful. The bed was so comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's definitely a 4 🌟. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Clean, organized, guest considerations (guest laundry), lots of parking, exits near room, phenomenal breakfast choices (fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon), microwave in the room, spacious dining area, fireplace and tuck shop, TV channels good although there was no guide to see what shows were playing on which station, had to channel surf, close to highway.

Couldn’t see the exit letters in the dark. There was no ‘Privacy Please’ sign in our room

Comfortable beds, clean, pleasant stuff, free parking, location. Amenities were great and WiFi. Nice decor. We stayed in the king suite and I love the balcony for fresh air and the kitchenette was convenient. Good quality, great price.

The only comment I can suggest for improvement is the breakfast buffet. Having more hot options like bacon French toast pancakes that kind of thing would be nice. There was scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage. I know there is a self-serve waffle machine but it's too busy to get access to that.

Our previous stays had supplied us with confidence in our choice of hotel. We found what was expected which is saying a great deal. Our room was "home away from home". As last time, we very much enjoyed the included hot breakfasts. The choice(s) and available fresh fruit were appreciated.

The hotel's choice of "luxury" kleenex is to be questioned. I know, it is a small thing. However to people requiring steady use of tissue, it reminds them that they need to bring their own on future stays. We were a couple staying for two nights. We were not supplied a replacement bath towel for that used the first night. We choose not to bathe/shower on our second night. However, if both of us had, a call to housekeeping would have been made. It's to the hotel's credit that this is our degree of "nitpicking"

The hotel was located conveniently close to a major highway access and was very easy to find. The property was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were super friendly and quick to check me in. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The room had a microwave and a fridge , a coffee maker and a hair dryer; everything I needed for my stay. I did not use the pool or the fitness facility but I di check them out and they looked well maintained and clean as well. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a good variety of choice for breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast at around 815 am and there was plenty of choice. Sausages, eggs, bagels, English muffins, bread , hash browns, beans, yogurt, cereal, breakfast bars, muffins, croissants, pancakes and waffles. There was also coffee, tea and juice available as well. The only small issue that I had was that the parking was somewhat limited due to the busyness of the property. All in all, this is a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was the only downside of the hotel. Other than that very small detail, this hotel is fantastic. Nothing bad to say about my stay at all.
