An amazing place and I highly recommend. Even if the hotel is filled you wouldn't feel it since there is plenty of space and the staff is incredible. The base level rooms are all very big and private, each has a small pool and you could easily chill out for the day there. The best food I've ever had at a hotel as well. Honestly there are too many good things to say about this place so if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend.

The butlers are great but could be more proactive at times. We sometimes had to 'discover' things ourselves (for example the room class we had allowed us to use the hydrotherapy section at the spa for free but I never knew and there was no mention of the beach grilling event)

Absolutely beautiful location, we loved it. Usually you see pictures and hope it will be just as nice, here the pictures don't even do the place justice. We can't wait to go again.

There is nothing at all that we didn't like. Even when I try to rack my brain for something to complain about I can't. My only complaint is I wish we had planned to spend more time there!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Casa de la Playa Xcaret Hotel, and it exceeded perfection in every aspect. The view of the Caribbean Sea and the hotel’s signature swimming pool visible directly from the hotel room were breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel facilities are incredibly private, not only functioning excellently but also featuring impressive aesthetic details. The staff provided exceptional service as 24-hour butlers, always courteous and professional. The hotel offers exclusive transportation, allowing guests to fully enjoy everything Xcaret has to offer. Additionally, there is an impressive variety of high-quality restaurants to experience. Although the price is somewhat high, it is worth every penny.

The facilities and grounds are amazing, I like just walking around and looking at the architecture. The rooms are amazing and they really feel like home. Of course the best is the food and everything is top class along with most of the staff.

This was our second stay here and I'm kind of surprised they don't have wine pairings anymore with the Estero dinner, it's the perfect match for the level of restaurant. 90% of the staff is great but once in awhile you get some duds, the butler service this time was really kind of baffling.

Everything! The entire stay was marvelous. Customer service was phenomenal; every turn we took we were greeted by name. The room was very spacious and the views are breathtaking. We went for our honeymoon and we were received with a room decorated with balloons, rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. We couldn't have chosen a better place. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A couple technical issues but as soon as we informed front desk it was taken care of immediately.

Amazing experience. The room was incredible. Large, beautifully designed with too many details to mention. A jelly fish aquarium on the wall. Private jacuzzi and pool with full bar and wine included. Too much to list really. I did not expect as much and thought the price was too much till I experienced it. And am extremely happy to have stayed there.

Nothing. Well wish some of the parks were included in stay instead of separate price but other than that. Awesome.

Imagine staying in your own resort where you could go to the wine cellar and grab a couple of bottles and then stop by the chocolatier shop and grab some delicacies with no one around it’s like you owned the place! Food was amazing and they would create whatever you desired like a personal chef a personal butler was always available and the spa was heavenly

Food was 5 star quality and if there wasn’t something you could eat due to allergies or that wasn’t on the menu they would make a special meal just the way you asked!
