Fab location, with a nice room that was clean, tidy & super soundproof! Breakfast was wonderful, with nice staff that were very helpful. The rooftop bar & main restaurant we visited were beautiful. As with other Rocco Forte hotels it was luxury without being stuffy!

A pillow menu would be nice, to help different sleep preferences.

This is a beautiful hotel, everything was very chic and beautifully put together. We loved having drinks at Cielo rooftop and we also ate dinner there which was delicious! The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was a hassle - they accommodated our needs entirely, would definitely recommend. We had the deluxe room overlooking the courtyard.

It was minor but I’ve had better buffet breakfasts, it was ok but not to the standard of other 5 star hotels

An amazing location, beautiful surroundings. Our rooms were extremely comfortable with a lot of luxury extras. Really comfortable bed and fully supplied mini bar and bathroom. The restaurants, each one of them were fabulous and the food was simply amazing. And the best thing in this hotel was the amazing staff. So friendly, and helpful. They made everything so nice and personal and I have to say made our stay so special.

Fantastic hotel, best location in Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps, lovely quiet street, perfect place for sightseeing and relaxing in this great city. Beautiful room with a terrace, delicious breatfast, hotel fully renovated, inferiors renovated to the smallest detail. Absolutely exceptional service, we would like to thank especially to Ms. Ania Tereszkiewicz, Guest Relations Manager. Ms. Ania made our anniversary trip to Rome completely special, she was extremely caring and supportive, we would like to thank for the recommendations of wonderful restaurants for the dinners. In our opinion this is the best hotel in Rome, we sam Eden, we saw Hassler, we chose Rocco Forte De La Ville and this was an amazing stay. Many thanks!

Nothings, this was an amazing stay.

The location is at the top of the Spanish Steps. It is in the middle of the most famous area in Rome yet the location at the top is quiet. The breakfast we had was gorgeous. Lovely soft scrambled eggs and a perfect cappuccino. The concierge was extraordinary. He got us tickets to a museum we could not find tickets for and also gave us tickets to another museum that a guest could not use.

It seems all pillows in Italy are hard blocks. That was our only complaint.

Location was superb - literally at the top of the Spanish Steps. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were exceptional - polite, friendly and helpful. We took two rooms - I had booked two superior rooms but we were upgraded on one of them, to a premium room. Both rooms were beautifully furnished - with large comfortable beds and great bathrooms with rainfall showers. Our room also had a bath and a walk in wardrobe. The roof terrace at the hotel is stunning with spectacular view across the city. Great selection of wines and cocktails. At breakfast we had lots of choice, and it was only on the final day that we realised that we could have eggs cooked the way we want rather than order from the menu that was given. Superb choice of fresh fruit, pastries and yoghurts and the coffee was as you would expect in Italy - divine!

In a world were sustainability is important, maybe the hotel can offer a choice whether to have housekeeping or not? At the least on a three night stay we could have kept our towels.

This hotel is fantastic, the service is exceptional professional yet friendly. The concierge service defines the hotel ,professional helpful and their recommendations are all fabulous . The roof terrace for drinks and dinner is fun and the service continued to be superb . Second floor bar is fabulous too. Location near Spanish steps beautiful park and all the best shops couldn’t be better. We were so happy we choose this hotel it really made our trip to Rome exceptional . Can’t wait to return. The cappuccinos are the best . Thank you we really had an amazing time.

Honestly there was nothing to complain about .

Amazingly well located hotel at the top of the Spanish Steps. Staff were friendly and approachable. A minor temperature issue with the shower was fixed promptly and on the weekend! An impressive feat for any hotel. We hope to return in the new year as Rome, as well as this hotel, was impressive.
