Beautiful location, looking over a great view and such close proximity to Albert Dock Great, helpful staff, they left me a cute balloon on the bed as we were visiting for our anniversary. Small detail but did make me smile Open, modern, relatively clean

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was so bad (on the 10th floor) that it would not wash out my shampoo. The staff, however, are so helpful and changed my room immediately to a bigger suite. There was also some unwashed cutlery which were not to the standard of the rest of the room which was otherwise quite clean!

We have stayed at a few Liverpool hotels and this is definitely our new favourite. Our room was bright, spacious and modern. The bed was huge and comfortable. Love the bolster pillows - genius - and where else can I have a shower whilst having a view of the River Mersey? Staff were friendly and efficient and the food in the restaurant was amazing. We had breakfast in our room on the day we left - what a feast! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making the first days of our New Year so relaxing and comfortable. We will be back!

Excellent staff, and the accessible room was lovely! Very comfortable with a great wet room. Check in experience great - felt that if there was an emergency, I knew what to expect. Very impressed and would definitely recommend. Will be looking to return next time I visit the city.

Some of the breakfast buffet tables were very high, so it wasn't possible for me to access the full breakfast choice on my own. I also couldn't access any drinks at breakfast - juice on a high bar and no way to carry a mug of coffee while wheeling myself. I was offered help, but I chose to stick to the continental which was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful at all times.The entrance to the hotel catered for people with poor mobility with a small lift along side the stairs which rise to reception.The restaurant which is by GINO D'ACAMPO,the food was fabulous and the service was excellent.The bar was lovely and to to top it all they had a 360 Sky Bar on the18th floor which gives you views over Liverpool by night.There is a NCP car park around the corner which we found to safe for parking which the hotel has a discount.The Albert Docks are about 15 minute walk away,i found the taxis quite reasonably priced. And finally there is a Tesco Express on the corner of the hotel.

Great Location from city noise and very comfortable beds

The location was brilliant, just a short walk to the Mersey, riverside sights, museum, ferry terminal and Albert dock. We had a lovely view from the 15th floor of our surroundings. 3 convenience stores nearby and discounted secure car park. The staff were lovely, very helpful, pleasant and polite. The hotel was immaculate and the food was delicious. There were 3 very smooth and speedy lifts to all floors with a 360 sky bar on the top floor. We had a free mini bar in our room, a garment steamer, tea and coffee making facilities with a small table and two chairs. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Liverpool, fab u loud!!!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

The messaging service to notify you when the room was ready is absolutely magnificent! We checked in at 13.30 and therefore didn't miss the beginning of the music festival we were attending. And then when we arrived we had been upgraded to a studio room, bingo!!! The free mini bar has a couple of beers plus lots of soft drink choices, very welcome. Massive comfy beds, and everything spotlessly clean. Absolutely silent, there was no noise from the street, which i'm aware other hotels in this area can suffer from. In fact this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Great buffet breakfast too, with excellent coffee.

The duvet is very lightweight so we had to turn up the temp in the room. Not a problem if you are organized and do it BEFORE you go to bed....

The room had an amazing floor length window with an amazing view of the river Mersey. The room was clean, large sized bed, with seating, fridge, separate toilet and open plan sink and shower, with hairdryer. It was free drinks in the fridge, the breakfast had continental options, fruit, youghurt, cereal and hot English breakfast options - as gluten free person they also had clear signs on what was available and had options for me to enjoy without being limited. It had a sky bar at the top of the hotel, easy check out and a photo booth in the entrance. It is 5 min walk from the harbour roughly so right near the liver building, beatles statue etc The heating worked well

The duvet was quite thin (having spare blankets would take it to the next level) as prefer 7.5 tog or above was about 2.5 tog in thinness etc

Great views. Complimentary water and soft drinks in the room. What was most exceptional was the hotel offer an online advance check in and once the room is ready they email to let you know, I was in the room at 10:30am, rarely check in before 2pm in any other hotel. Also 12 Noon check out which is increasingly uncommon (I left around 10 am hoping someone else could benefit from the early check in). I’m sure this won’t work out all the time, but the fact that the hotel try to facilitate this option demonstrates they are customer focused. Made my day after a 4.30am start to catch my flight.
