Staff were so welcoming, very upbeat and polite. The lady who checked me was dressed differently to the other’s. I didn’t catch her name, I’m guessing she was a manager. Service with a smile 10 out of 10. I booked last minute and it was a family room with 3 beds. As soon as I checked in she said it’s a family room so in the morning she would get the girls to remove the 2 small beds once I went to work. Sure enough it was done. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country and the world for both work and leisure and I can honestly say that the bed was the best bed I’ve ever had and the hotel was for the most part silent. Definitely great value for money as far as service goes. Definitely stay again.

Easy location to get to with plenty of signage and the road leading up to it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we needed bedding for the kids late at night and it was no problem at all. Rooms and beds are a fair size. To say it’s close to the M1 the noise is minimal.

The mattress was a little firm for my liking, there were beard hairs still by the sink and left over rubbish under the bed, we were in a family room and the two beds that slotted underneath the main bed met in the middle which is where the rubbish was so it’s not as though the cleaners would notice that unless they pulled them out. The breakfast is quite expensive but there’s a lovely place about a 5 minute walk away for a good breakfast at a very reasonable rate.

because of the warm weather I had to have the window open and there were a few boy racers in the evening but it wasn’t too bad. shower only no bath. normal room rate £100+ I paid £54 which was good value but at £100+ not for me there are much nicer places. staff smoking/rest area was under my window. lots of chatting about how bad the mangers are and some colourful language. it was entertaining more than intrusive. I don’t know who Steve is but he’s not a popular guy……

The size of the beds are great and they're really comfortable the room was lovely and warm and the shower 🚿 was a good size which was nice the breakfast was great Full English, 4 different Cereals and fruit, Great coffee and a choice of apple juice or fresh orange, all of the staff were very professional and very polite it was a lovely over night stay again.

It only had one plug socket so it was lucky that the charger we had taken had 2 USB ports so we could change both of our phones and in the bathroom on the back of the door the veneer was pretty badly peeling off, other than that we had a great stay.

Bed very, very comfortable. Reason I come back. As you’re at the front it’s noisy with cars coming and going. Room mostly ok although a glass would be nice for a glass of water/wine. But we slept well and that’s the main thing. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Shower gel bottle was empty. Can’t do much about it when your already in the shower 🤣 A glass or plastic cup for water/wine as already mentioned.

The staff were very helpful. and professional. meal was well cooked. and there was alway someone at reception.

I was put in room 103 with two single beds. my son pulled the covers back of one of the beds. there was a smell of dry urine coming from it. and the a smell of dry urine coming from the pillows. The sheets and pillow cases had been change. but the smell was coming from the mattress and the actual pillow them selves. also the shower curtain had not been changed as it smelling. my son would not stay because of this. and went to stay with the people we were visiting. my bed was ok. This ruined my stay and holiday. Sorry.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good selection of food. Self service was a good option. Free car park important part of choice to stay here. Location great just off M1. I liked the reception bar restaurant set up. Restaurant menu was good. Food enjoyable. Room was lovely. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels was good. Shower was good strength. Very happy with my stay.

Seats in reception bar area very hard and uncomfortable. Bedside lighting in room not great for reading. Needed to be stronger.

Food was outstanding great variety on offer, the all u can eat breakfast really nice,staff really friendly and happy to help nothing too much trouble

rooms could do with an upgrade and someone to clean cobwebs around windows and hoover under beds as wine gums under ours ,also sockets could do with updating to usb sockets for ppl like myself who forgot to pack charging plug, and I think if you added a bottle of hair conditioner in every shower you’d be doing us all a great favour

The fact that the mattress on the bed was not the same kind of mattress we've been use to when staying here, this was a lot thinner than the ones we'd slept on, on our 3 previous times staying here, there usually a foot deep and I think a foam mattress this was a spring one in 418 and being told we couldn't have a fried egg at breakfast when the day before and previous times staying, there's never been a problem they've always made us them, other than that, A nice stay again.

The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was extremely clean, well laid out and spacious. Checking out by 11 am is generous as most hotels insist on 10 am. The cost was exceptional for the quality and standard of service and room facilities.

It was a warm evening and so the window was open and as the room was above the outside drinking area, noise was quite loud until about 2 am, perhaps relocating this area away from rooms may help.
