The staff were excellent in all areas, reception and in the restaurant - the concierge, Paul was most cheerful and helpful, took our bags to the room and drove us to the airport in a golf buggy! The room was quiet despite being near the airport - we were told we had been upgraded from our booking and were grateful for that - it was spacious and had in it all we needed. The restaurant we thought was excellent, as was the breakfast - a but expensive for our budget but we very much enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book the same hotel if needed again.

Nothing really - just a minor comment that I would have liked to have been able to use the stairs rather than the lifts and it seemed the doors were alarmed, I guess for a reason but I'd have liked the exercise!

Perfect location to spend the night before an early long haul flight from Terminal 4. Even better is the astonishing fact that once inside, we couldn’t tell we were next to one of the world’s busiest airports. Our room looked onto a grassy, treed area where we watched a rabbit and squirrel playing together in the early morning, and we heard no sounds from outside. The curtains made the room very dark too - perfect for a good sleep. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food of a high standard. It was a bit out of our usual price range but well worth it for the quality and location.

Hilton was an easy, undercover location to get to. Mine was a last minute booking due a flight cancellation and arriving at Hilton tired and disappointed, I instantly felt better. The light filled reception, lounge, cafe and dining areas were inviting and calming. Room was well designed and the bed was super comfortable, the best I'd had in a month of travel.

Not much I didn't like, however it would be nice for the cafe to have some basic breakfast options (toasted sandwiches) for the traveller who doesn't have time for the buffet breakfast option.

The staff were very accommodating and empathetic to the fact we had had an upsetting experience before arriving. The weekend was to attend a concert as part of my husbands 60th. Unfortunately we had been scammed out of over £300 and no tickets were going to arrive. We had to purchase another 2 tickets. We were given a room upgrade to try and put a smile on our faces, which was so unexpected, but it made our day. So grateful. We definietly will be staying again. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you all so much.

A wonderful overnight stay before flying out from Terminal 3. We had dinner and breakfast in the lovely dining area where we enjoyed delicious food. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who served in the dining room. They were all extremely pleasant, smiling, and appeared to really enjoy their job. Very easy transfer from hotel at Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 via Elizabeth line tube or Heathrow express - both free. The 5 minute covered walk from /to Terminal 4 was straightforward. Highly recommend.

We had a great stopover at the Hilton at T4 on 30 December to catch our early morning flight on 31 December. It’s easy to find when you arrive on the Elizabeth Line. We were offered free snacks & a free drinks coupon on arrival & then later a free glass of Prosecco. The room was quiet & comfy with iron & hair dryer. We requested more teabags & toothbrushes & both were brought quickly. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good dinner & then an early night. It was so easy to walk to the check in desk in the early hours. I would definitely stay there again.

Great experience! We were able to use the app for contactless check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was terrific and the staff and service even better. They truly seemed to enjoy serving us and I saw what must have been frequent guests greeting them with big smiles and hugs. They truly make a great impression. Well done!

The one down side was that there was no room service available when we arrived at midnight even though it said it was available 24/7.

All went well with the location and the room. Didn't get an opportunity to try any food outlets at this hotel. Atrium of the hotel is very bright and spacious and very inviting.

When reached the hotel about 12.30 am it was locked and few other guests were also locked out as well who kept pressing the buttons to get in. This was after I got the confirmation from the reception staff before leaving the hotel, whether there will be any problems if I arrive back after midnight for which I was told the hotel will be open throughout the night and the reception will be manned all night. We were locked out with no reception staff at the reception, and had to stay outside for about ten minutes in the cold and rain. Wasn't really a big issue.

Great hotel - but I hadn't remembered that I paid for breakfast - it was only my better half checking the booking that highlighted it. But it was a very nice breakfast. Midday check out was very nice / not rushed Bed was maybe a little soft which we weren't keen on but you might prefer that ! Mrs complained about how far the walk from terminal four was but at least it was all under cover so I'm putting that as a plus !

No biscuits in the room :( Coffee was just instant - think at this price it should have been a pod machine.... Maybe if they had said "breakfast is over there" when we checked in we'd have remembered I'd paid for it !

After a long day of cancelled flights & unhelpful airline I arrived at the hotel tired & hungry. The staff were so welcoming & able to produce good food with excellent service. As I hadn’t been expecting an overnight stay in the Uk , the concierge Paul was able to charge my phone whilst I was having breakfast , much appreciated along with his help on taxis & airport procedure.

Thé price ! Due to the number of people seeking beds after their flights were cancelled the prices were extremely high.
