Best  hotel out of 5 I have stayed in Albania. To be fair also the most expensive one. But clearly the one, where I would gladly come back again. Super comfortable rooms, SUPER! I value how much everything is thought through: 2 completely different pillows for different tastes, 2 blankets (I am so tired to always ask for another one), blankets, which don't make you super hot at night. Absolutely silent room despite air conditioner. Clean. Excellent bathroom. Top class. Restaurant with delicious meals, good coffee.

I really have nothing to say. This hotel is near the airport. I would not chose it for vacation stay as it is not near the see and close to the road. But cannot imagine better place to stay overnight before the flight.

Fantastic place to spend the last night in Albania. Great staff, I had a defect in my room and was moved to another one, much better without any extra charge. The pool is fantastic, you can relax there in the sun or even before going sleep in the evening as it´s open until late. Room was great, spacious, clean, everything worked perfectly. I took this hotel as I had an early departure from Tirana Airport but I wish I could stay there at least until the latest check out and enjoy it a bit more. Transfer to the airport booked when checking in and driver was waiting for everyone at that time. Ride to the airport - 5 minutes. Overall can recommend it for a short stay before/after flying.

Staff at the restaurant was not much attentive towards customers. I had to go myself 2x and ask for service, when I wanted to pay, after 10 min of waiting I went to the waiter to ask for a bill. The room was perfect, however one little tip for the management, doors from the shower are not opening when a towel is on the floor and cleaning service is not filling all soap containers. Not much around the hotel to do but it´s a place to stay close to the airport.

Conveniently located close to the airport for our final afternoon (after a long morning of driving) before leaving Albania. The pool area was a great way to spend our final afternoon of vacation. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast had plenty of options. Our room was fantastic, we were kindly upgraded to a suite, which was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. Great way to end our vacation.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport (which is great). We booked in advance requested. The next morning there was also another couple waiting for the shuttle but only one small sedan showed up (that could not fit 4 people plus luggage). Seems as though there was a miscommunication between the hotel and the shuttle company in terms of how many cars were needed or the other couple didn’t reserve - there’s no verification when the car arrives. Though we ended up getting to the airport later than planned, the driver was quick to address the situation (and thankfully the airport wasn’t far), but it was a bit of stress that could have been averted.

Located in a soulless Industrial estate Some aspects of Breakfast were disappointing Eg. Coffee not good - brewed in advance & left in vacuum jugs to serve oneself - only lukewarm & poor flavour Also poor flavour “artificial” orange juice (should have used fresh oranges) & fresh peaches for fruit, (not tinned ones) as both grow in Albania We were at hotel for 24 hours, but they were unable to arrange a short tour of Tirana town with a taxi company for us (no concierge & the receptionist did not really engage with our desire for a little sightseeing , & only made half-hearted efforts)

The staff at this hotel are all kind, helpful, lovely people. They all helped me in a number of ways. The lunch and dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The gym has brand new equipment, with both free weights and machines. My bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it. The rain shower was equally relaxing. As a solo woman traveler, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location is closer to the airport than the city. However, a cab ride to the city is maybe 20 minutes and only costs about 10 euro one way. This is hardly a complaint. If you want a relaxing weekend getaway, this place is perfect.

It's a modern hotel in vicinity of the airport (too far to walk, but only around 5 minutes with a taxi). My room was clean and big, bed very comfortable. There was quite a bit of choice for the breakfast. I really enjoyed the pool.

The free shuttle service didn't work for the airport pickup. I arrived late and was hoping for the shuttle to wait for me, but after 40 minutes the driver was still not there and I took a taxi. Later on, the receptionist told me that at the time when I tried to contact the hotel while waiting, the driver was at the hotel talking with him. Nevermind the few euros I paid for the taxi - more importantly, I could've saved myself almost an hour of sleep by just not waiting for the pickup. That was not a great start into my stay, but the only hiccup only. Also, the contact phone numbers for the hotel don't work - it was impossible for me to reach them via phone.

We booked this hotel as an airport layover, knowing we had pretty much a full day there to lounge by the pool and relax before flying the next day. It was perfect for this. The pool is superb, large with plenty of sun lounges and even a massage jacuzzi! The rooms are large, modern, and clean. The restaurant on site is delicious and whilst quite expensive by Albanian standards, we thought it was reasonably priced. The hotel was 3km, less than 5 minutes from the airport, which made the next day very smooth indeed. This was a great choice, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and completing our holiday in style!

It's a modern, beautifully finished hotel, so nothing not to like. One of our rooms was not ready for an hour, but we just went to the pool, no problem.

Things I wish I had known but was not with it enough to ask due to my jet lag: - How do I reserve a shuttle to leave - night before is preferable, you need to give them at least two hours. - how does breakfast work - there is a nice buffet on the first floor for 15 euro/1500 lek until 11 on weekends. I am still unclear as to when to use the restaurant in the morning. - how do I contact the hotel if I cannot make phone calls? I arrived at 1AM, and my shuttle was nowhere to be found, and I had to take a cab because the hotel was having trouble with it's messaging on Booking not working.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the MK. It meet all my needs and more. The DJ was ACE. I mean the whole staff was great and very helpful. Keep up the great work, build on that.

I had a slight issue with operating the key card at first but that was sorted swiftly, I also would like to suggest that you should give out 2 sets of card keys. Then later I had given access to my digital key on my smart phone, so that was great.

Facilities were uber! Everything is new and in good state. Staff are very professional. Pool area is peaceful and relaxing. There is a shuttle to the airport and you can arrange a ride with the hotel staff very easily and quickly. Restaurant food is great and well priced for the quality. Breakfast is ok too (buffet) but a bit expensive (in case it’s not included in your booking and you have to pay it).
