Decent location. Very very accommodating and friendly staff both at reception, the bar and downstairs at the pool area. The hotel rooms were very good and clean and the jacuzzi was great. The hotel felt very safe and comfortable.

The shower overflowed easily which is something to keep an eye on. Sauna, steam room and other services were not included in the price and were very expensive. I highly recommend that the hotel reduces the price of these services to improve guest stay experience, if you do not want to make them free then reduce the cost to around 10 euros or so.

The staffs here are the best. They went above and beyond to meet your needs. Best staff experience I have witnessed. Ardit and ledid worked extremely hard to help with the needs of my family no matter how late and urgent it was. Alolo at the restaurant was amazing too. The rooms are so nice and spacious and the hotel has all the needed facilities. The WIFI is also good so I was able to do some work.

Everything was pleasant. Cooperative staff, clean bathroom, quiet bedroom, safe location, very big pool with jacuzzi and many facilities, big wide rooms, many free stuff like extra towels/sheets/soap. I observed the staff cleaning extensively and making sure everybody was safe. They went out of their way to even help me out to get some food late at night and brought it to my room. Very appreciated !!

Location was a bit far from the city centre, but doable by bus. Very cheap and good bus ride. Also, the gym could be a bit more extensive. A rowing machine would be a very nice acquisition. All in all, no bad things.

Very comfortable hotel and room. Nice to have a room with a view. The spa complex was great. We only used the swimming pool but it was a really good size and lovely to swim around. There was a shallower pool children could use. The stay were lovely and so helpful. They answered our many questions. They made guests feel really valued and cared for. Our flight had been cancelled and we booked it at 1am on booking.com and there was no problem on check in, when we arrived at 2am. We were so grateful to get a room.

The hotel actually exceeded our expectations. It was really fancy and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable, nice shower. The staff was friendly. The spa really nice to relax for a bit. The breakfast was the most extensive of our entire holiday and the food in the restaurant was good (we had dinner there).

The road on which the hotel is located is veeeery busy with traffic. We stayed one night as a 'luxurious ending' to our holiday; it was perfect for it! But when exploring the cities for a few days, I would have probably preferred a location closer to the center.

The staff are genuinely very nice and helpful. probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Every part of the hotel was spotless, and the 24hr bar is quite useful if you want an alternative to staying out late in clubs.

The location isn’t great but the price makes up for it, it’s also a quick taxi/drive into the city centre or 10 min walk to the nearest supermarket. The gym doesn’t have much to offer with limited equipment and a total of ~50kg in plates but the pool is quite nice.

Everything! Thank you to the front of house staff who were helpful and professional. We ate in the restaurant for dinner, the food was delicious and the waiting staff were outstanding! My husband took the opportunity to use the pool and gym facilities, thought they were more than adaqate. Our room (407) was spacious, clean and having that extra touch of a mini bar was great. The location suited us as it was an overnight stop before we caught the bus to Ksmail, which was just across the road.

All the staff in the various parts of the hotel are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom. They have a gym, indoor pool and other amenities (the massage chair was cool). Breakfast had a good selection and it's only about a 5 minute walk to the bus station and the same distance to a money exchange. The food in the restaurant was good and the waiters were great! Had some nice raki with my dinner :)

very beautiful clean rooms. nice swimming pool to relax in. Perfect location for the Tirana north south bus terminal, it’s right next to it. further from the centre of you would want to visit Tirana. We left very early for the bus and they made us a take away breakfast box. the staff is very kind and eager to help with anything

jacuzzi was closed during our stay and spa options were on the expensive side restaurant/bar is not very cosy

Modern, clean , new hotel in Tirana . The hotel is situated far from the center of the city, but if you are mobile - stay here for sure ! The prices are reasonable . Good restaurant, good breakfast. Helpful personal. There is a spa with a pool and saunas .

Just two small „minuses” - at the reception there are not umbrellas for the guests and all saunas at the spa are for extra charge.
