It was mostly good. The room cleaners were great, gave us extra towels and were very efficient. Pool water temperature was great, very refreshing. Good parking availability underground and outside.

There was a problem with the internet and my computer. I couldn't use the computer in my room because it wouldn't connect to the internet. The people at reception tried to help me and said it was the fault of the computer. I hadn't experienced that problem before, so I don't know what the issue was. There was no office-like facility to use there. I used the foyer area internet for a while, but sitting on a lounge hunched over a computer on a coffee table was no good for my back, so I had to go to the local library to connect to internet and get some things done.

The staff were amazing. They were ao friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. Our whole family enjoyed the trip so much that within days of returning home we booked another stay there. The day spa on site is awesome too and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even locals were attending the day spa for treatments.

More regular cleaning of the pool area. There was a band-aid on the side of the pool for several days which was a bit gross. The pool also needed skimming. We stayed during Christmas so it is understandable that staff couldn’t get to everything.

The wedding was amazing we were well looked after

The restaurant was awful on Friday. The manager needs training. She needs to be aware of her surroundings and if the chef can manage the booking as they had other bookings and were very busy. We waited ages for our food and had to go to the bar to get our drinks. This isn't a 4.5-star service. I have mentioned this to the boss of the hotel, which l hope will ne addressed and sorted. The wedding was amazing and the breakfast was great. The manager looked after us extremely well.

Room was one of the newish suites...rooms 1 and 2 and few others around there probably - up the stairs past 'the library' and as requested, just brilliant, great size (separate large bedroom) and very modern and comfortable. Has a dishwasher. Our family function in the library seemed really brilliantly catered for and was very successful. Staff all fast and highly capable. Food great and grog plentiful. Check-in/receptionist was just brilliant, arrived before check-in time for our function at 12 noon and was no trouble to her. All taken care of at no additional fee.

Breakfast is good, but I can't put my finger on it, there is something that is a bit odd about it, but I liked it, no complaints. Stairs only access from reception to the library/ new room mezzanine section has no lift, it exists for the other larger part of the main building though, where most rooms are. Bit hard for older bones carrying baggage.

Very pretty buildings and gardens, kept in top condition and very clean. The room I had was very clean and modern nice. Bed was very good quality.

My room keycard kept failing each night I returned to the room! Maybe because I kept in my wallet with other cards…? Anyway they have 24x7 reception so they fixed it straight away of course! The in room dining (and I’m guessing same as the restaurant) was “ok”, I ordered the beef burger - but not tasty or memorable just “eatable”.

Room was clean and the shower had a multi purpose head so it could be varied. Parking was easy as well. Close to where we had things to do the next morning like breakfast and a little shopping. Left a phone charger behind which house keeping had put aside. Picked it up a short while later when we realised that it had been left.

Little sad but it didn't appear the airconditioner would heat the room. There was no function button to change to heat that could be seen and no instruction in the room. So we turned it off. I should have called reception and I am sure they would have had an answer. If you want to heat the room ask reception. Turning the air con off helped and the room was comfortable overnight. So not a biggie.

The property was lovely good location and easy to get to our family stayed in 4 rooms a total of 8 adults and 3 children and had breakfast every day the room size was lovely and everything was very neat and tidy and the room was refreshed every day which was really great

room was good except the bathroom could have done with little things like hanging the towels and replacing the tissues this would have moved it to excellent also the bar fridge was not restocked and although you could clearly see we used items like the water it was not replenished

Lovely sized room, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice and Barista coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly I didn't use the pool as it's outdoors and the weather wasn't the best.

If I had to find something to make it even better, a warmer room would have been great.. It was a little cold for Autumn as the air conditioning didn't have a heat setting and even with the temperature turned up it still blew cold air.

Great welcome on my arrival. The room was ready early so I was able to settle in and make myself comfortable. The room is plush and had plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable I had a beautiful sleep each night. Excellent service, nothing too difficult and everyone was respectful and considerate. Gorgeous place to stay!

Needed help with taking heavy luggage up the stairs. On a public holiday, the restaurant wasn't open. I had to order dinner from the bar for room service but it was delicious.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic, room was very nice and clean and met expectations. Good location and plenty of parking

Was unable to stream services to the in-room TV - after a night of trying to work it out I called reception and was told that there was an issue with the service and was not known when it would be repaired. I guess a courtesy heads up would have been appreciated upon checking in. There were a couple of very loud young children running up and down the room hallway at midnight which was a bit annoying.
