Location is great - close to shops, swing city golf which is great fun, access to highways (but away enough to feel peaceful) and on site parking. 2 bed apt had a nice view from balcony. Staff let us check in early which was great after a very early flight. 2 bed apartment was spacious and well laid out. Beds super comfy. Coffee shop on site was lovely.

Fridge and freezer didn’t work, nor the safe (both were fixed however they still didn’t work). We lost all the freezer items we had bought which was disappointing. Housekeeping was hit and miss- no vacuuming of the floor until I asked, and not done until quite late in the day. On our last day it was very clean however. Noticed a bit of wear and tear since our last stay in June. Rooms might need a refresh soon.

Staying in room 606 was exceptionally quiet, and the Thai Housekeeper on Level 6 made the stay even better due to her cleanliness, attention to detail and friendliness - she was the reason I will specifically ask to stay on this floor every 6 weeks on my return. The cafe staff and meals were also brilliant, of a morning and evening. The location is great, so quiet, yet close to the major roads, and shopping precinct. A business location.

The pillows in the room were quite poor - very flat, and not supportive to a good nights sleep. my only disapointment was asking for a fluffier, newer pillow and receiving one the same as I already had.

The room was clean, everything worked e.g. TV, microwave, dishwasher. The location is great if you have a car or travelling via coach. I also like that it is now secure (gated) parking/entrance now. A lovely Cafes/restaurant on site (which provides the room service), there are also lots of other cafes/restaurants nearby Room service was excellent. A really nice variety of very tasty food/drinks. What I was really liked about my stary this time, was how welcoming they were of my cocker spaniel boy Max (we were travelling for a K9 NoseWork Seminar/Workshop). Thank you all so much.

Nothing to dislike, The room was nice, staff welcoming and helpful. The surrounding area ok. The secure parking is a plus, especially if you are paying extra to park overnight - may be the Hotel could make this a free for people that have booked that need parking.

We booked through Booking.com because of an excellent (2-days before) discount on the room, which was actually a spacious upper floor contemporary and beautiful self-contained suite with lovely views over surrounding park-lands. The king-size bed was very comfy (one of the big decisive factors for us). TV very high def, with streaming available. Extremely comfortable room with balcony, and very quiet. Even the a/c in our bedroom was perfect and very quiet too.

We thought breakfast was 'included' in our excellent overnight rate, which it was, but only the basics, and sadly with just instant coffee. There's an option to pay more to order a cooked breakfast, a cappuccino, etc, ..which we did. Parking also was not included, but on the plus side, was right beside the hotel. The room was fantastic, but the included breakfast was way too basic. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed on the weekend we stayed.

the room was clean and equipped with kitchenette and laundry (which we did not use) Beds were comfortable. Handy walking distance to supermarket,shopping centre, hospital and restaurants. On-site restaurant with buffet breakfast available or cafe for a quick breakfast. Restaurant open for dinner weeknights and room service available.

A few minor maintenance issues with a leaky shower door and stiff dishwasher drawer. The design did not allow for good airflow even with balcony door open. Ceiling fans could have helped but I understand they are potential hazards and need extra cleaning We were disappointed that the restaurant did not seem to be available for dinner/room service on the weekend but at least there were nearby eating places.

Clean, comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment. Housekeeping very attentive and refilled all items daily. Linen nice and crisp. The manager, Sunil, was wonderful when our oven suddenly stopped working. He fixed the issue immediately and we moved room. This room was actually better and he offered us complimentary buffet breakfast the following day. That was really nice. Good view of courtyard and Bella Vista. Short drive to Castle Hill and surrounds. Excellent express bus 602X straight to city.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit variable but otherwise okay as long as neighbouring apartments are not using the shower at the same time.

I liked the layout of the apartment, it felt roomy and well set out. It was tidy and easy to keep clean, seperate bathrooms were fantastic while travelling with our 2 children. Laundry facilities in the main bathroom were very much appreciated, I was able to keep on top of laundry during our stay so we didn’t have to take it all home with us.

My only gripe is the shower drain in the main bathroom of the main bedroom stunk and we had to keep the door to the bathroom closed, the dishwasher also smelt a little from being closed up while damp I assume.

This property was so clean and tidy - first thing we noticed was how great/clean everything smelt and looked. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was a very decent size. We had a room overlooking greenery to the rear of the property (no balcony) and it was a nice view. Conveniently located for getting around and great parking available. Buffet breakfast was good and I recommend it. Room service was great too. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests.

It was very handy having a kitchen and laundry facilities in our apartment, Room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The TV. It could have been bigger or maybe there could have been one in the bedroom instead of a painting. The streaming took a bit to work out and having to scan the qr code each time was annoying. Also when you turned on DTV, it would switch to HDMI2 every time you turned the TV on. Had a bit of trouble with hot water, ended up being fixed on our last day.

Location and the apartment itself was clean and had what we needed for our stay, e.g. toaster, microwave, cooking equipment and utensils etc.

No fault of Quest but while using the oven the internal glass door spontaneously shattered ruining the food in the oven. Lucky no one was standing in front of it when it happened! The water pressure and temperature in the shower was also faulty. It would eventually come good but this was after at least three minutes of running the shower at a trickle. Also we booked for three people but the third bed had to be made up upon request and housecleaning only ever provided two towels in the bathroom despite discussing this with reception. In the end we had to use our beach towels! Adequate toilet paper was not supplied too.
